Reality or illusion.
Is the Self something
special, spiritual, religious or holy
or is the Self simply the natural state of being alive and
awake from sleep
that we call consciousness or awareness? The natural state of being common to
everybody.
The simplest definition
for Self, consciousness or awareness is ordinary everyday wakeful-ness or sentience.
That is all there is to know, understand or realize. Being conscious or awake or
aware is the natural state of being.
Being awake, aware or
conscious naturally everyday is always abiding as one's true nature. that is all. Just
this.
The Self will never be what ignorant spiritual and religious people have been
expecting it to be.
Living-ness, conscious-ness, being-ness, 'I' am-ness is the Reality.
If you are aware of being
alive, aware of being present as yourself, you are undeniably abiding as that
present awareness or the Self. It is that 'I' am you know so well as your own
plain ordinary everyday being.
Know that 'I' am represent at once being and consciousness. Awareness of being
is 'I' exist or 'I' am. Nothing new.
Consciousness is indeed
always with us.
Everybody knows 'I' am. No one can deny his own being.

Congratulation, you are so called 'Enlightened'. You can laugh at yourself now.
Don't you know that the
false notion that the Infinite Self, He or the Reality that some call God
is something in anyway spiritual or holy is bondage? Because it is not, never
was and never will be.
Ignorant spiritual and religious Seekers only 'imagine' that it is. But in fact
it is not. That is the Secret.
Just like striving to become Free is the only bondage. It is all a contradiction or a paradox.
Spiritual and religious
people do not know this simple Truth.
Self-appointed Gurus and spiritual Teachers will in fact point Seekers away from
this.
Why you may ask? Simple, would you suck up and worship the false or illusion if
you know this simple Truth?
Ignorant of this
simple truth,
innumerable methods under different denominations, such as yoga, bhakti, karma,
each again with many modifications, are being taught with great skill and in
intricate detail
only to entice the seekers and confuse their minds. So also are the religions and
sects and dogmas.

Cultivating ignorance and
pointing to the false or illusion.
Gurus, Teachers, Yogis and Jnanis do not want Seekers to know the simple Truth.
They need ignorance to
prevail and entice ignorant suckers to be at their service physically and monetarily.
All that spirituality and religions are good for, it to brainwash weak people to
believe the false or illusion to be true.
Just like parasites.
Realize that any spiritual and religious establishment, Sect, Cult and any self-appointed
Gurus
and religion are only after what is good for them to survive. They need veiled
and ignorant people to believe
and follow the false or made up lies so that they are foolishly convinced to
accept illusion to be reality.
Of course to turn toward
any spiritual Guru or religious Teacher, Saint, Sage, Yogi, Jnani, etc
to know this simple Truth about one's true nature, about what this present
awareness or the Self simply is,
is like turning toward a thief disguised as a policeman and ask them to catch
the thief. Good luck. It won't happen.
They would be shooting themselves on the foot.
The simple Truth is that
there is no spiritual Power, Presence or any God.
Being alive is being the Self, He, the Reality or God. That is what the fuss is
truly about. Life itself.
People speaking or parading themselves as holy beings or special spiritual
people are only ignorant people.
Who is right and who is
wrong. Am I right or am I wrong?
Find out for yourself if what I am saying is true.
After all, what do you
have to lose?
Only ignorance of course.
Whatever is gained or
acquired will also be lost. Only remove ignorance and voila! Life is the Reality.
Life is the "Diamond in your pocket" so to speak. Existence is the
Self or this presence of consciousness itself.
Forget about illusion.
Spiritual liberation is a hoax.
Self-appointed Gurus and spiritual Teachers are liars and scammers.
There is no spiritual
goal or any spiritual state to be reached or to be attained.
There never was. Spiritual liberation is only a spiritual carrot used to entice
the veiled and the ignorant.
Spiritual Freedom or
religious Enlightenment etc, is just a religious myth, it is all crap, pure B.S. and
garbage.
A made up spiritual hoax that has been used for millennia to entice and confuse
Seekers. That is all it truly is.
There never was and there
never will be any spiritual state or presence to be reached or discovered.
Bondage is only a false notion of being bound or separated from one's true
nature.
One only 'believes' in bondage. Bondage is only psychological.
Question your beliefs.
Freedom is only for the wise.
The ones would do not question will only remain bound to ignorance.
The false cannot stand up to investigation. Find out what is real and what is
illusion.
Is the Self or
Sought-after Truth simply the natural state of being and remaining aware AKA aware-ness?
Wouldn't that be a funny joke, if you finally realized that being yourself
naturally is abiding as the Self all along?
Like a Fish in the Ocean Searching for the Ocean.
Understand the paradox.
The Seeker is the Sought. Thou art that already. Nothing is missing.
Simply understand that me, myself and 'I' does not represent a finite self or
ego like stupid spiritual people
brainwashed ignorant Seekers to believe but in fact the Infinite Self itself.
That is all there is to know about oneself.
Spiritual and religious
people admit of ego or two selves, perpetuating a false notion of separation and bondage.
Telling their disciples to kill an imaginary concept of duality or a false
belief that is born of their own ignorance.
The false notion of the
existence of an ego is wrong knowledge. To be oneself is to be the One Self. Nothing else.
No dual-'I'-ty. Thou art that literally, consciousness or Life is what we all
are naturally. There is no ego.
Ignorant spiritual and
religious people only imagine that there is, but it does not exist.
The false notion of duality or two selves is wrong acquired knowledge. Oops.
Ego is not! Otherwise do
you admit of two selves?... If
you seek the ego you will find, it does not exist.
That is the way to get rid of it. Look for it and it will not be found.

The very core of
non-duality is that there is no personal finite self or ego present as oneself but
only the Infinite Self present as oneself. Thou art that. Not some holy
spiritual presence
but simply Life living itself naturally and expressing itself as all sentient
beings.
The Self or consciousness
are just other names for Life or existence. That is all what God truly is.
Consciousness is the natural intelligence and energy or growing power that we
call Life.
The unseen power present that is naturally governing all living organisms.
That is what so call God truly is, Life itself.
Look at your own affectionate self. Look at your own being. So near and so dear.
This consciousness, Self
or Reality is not something spiritual or religious that is hidden somewhere
far away in the Sky but naturally self-shining within your own dwelling. Life is
what we all are. You are Life.
Know Thyself. Know
yourself to be Life itself AKA consciousness.
There is no separation or duality. The 'I' is not different from the One Self
but only that.
Only ignorant stupid
spiritual and religious Teachers and Gurus will talk about a false notion of ego.
These are self-appointed Gurus that have no clue what this Oneness or
Omni-presence is truly all about.
Know the Truth! There is
no ego, ego is not. Period end.
Forget the ego. Ego only exist in someone's ignorance and false imagination.
The Self or consciousness is the 'I' everyone knows so well as oneself. That is
the Open Secret.
The 'I' is the Lord or
the Infinite Self itself. Everyone alive abides as that consciousness itself.
The 'I' is at once you and consciousness. Thou art that. You are consciousness.
Know the Truth!
That the 'I' is not different from the Lord (consciousness).
Self-Realization is
simply that.
Understanding that the 'I' is at once your own self and the Infinite Self.
Realize that here and now you are already that. The word
Self means you. Nothing new.
So easy isn't it!
Paradoxically the Self you Seek to know is simply your plain ordinary everyday
boring self.
There is no spiritual or extra-ordinary Self or presence to become, reach or
attain, only ignorant Seekers believe that.
The Self is me, myself
and 'I'. Gee! yoU aRe yoU.
There is no bondage, there is no ego or separation. You are that.
Therefore who is bound?
If you follow a spiritual Teacher, that is your problem,
he or she will screw you to believe the false to be true. You are ever-free and
that already.
On enquiry 'who' is bound?
The notion of bondage vanishes and so does that of Liberation.
The one eternally free alone remains self-revealed.
If you 'believe' that you
are bound, that is your only bondage. A false notion.
Whoever told you that you yourself being as you are, are not the Self already
and ever-Free?
There is no bondage.
There is no spiritual presence or Self to become or some happy place to get to.
Because of ignorance and wrong acquired knowledge from books and others, one
only 'believes' there is bondage.
There is no bondage and
there is no spiritual liberation either.
Forget about spirituality and religions and you have made progress.
After all, spiritual and
religious people are the most ignorant of all, they only 'believe' that they are bound
and therefore they will for years or even an entire lifetime foolishly strive to
become free, how funny.
All Guru lovers or God
worshippers will never know this simple Truth about the Reality.
Ignorant spiritual and religious people 'believe' the false to be true.
Believers are bound to their spiritual 'beliefs' only.
Forget everything
spiritual and religious you have acquired from books and others and you are there.
You have always been there. Being yourself is the Self. One's own existence is
the Divine.
Life, existence or consciousness is present and naturally shining as one's own
being.
The experience is here
and now. One cannot deny one’s own self.
Existence is the same as happiness and happiness is the same as being.

To know the Self, simply
have a look at yourself. You are that. That is IT.
Me, myself and 'I' is the Infinite Self AKA you. You are the One without two.
The Infinite Self is not something spiritual or special. Only con artists pretend that it is.
Again and again, forget
spirituality and all religions, they cannot help you.
They can only keep you on a Seeking path to nowhere. They are the poison, not
the cure.
Instead realize that you
are consciousness. Consciousness present is simply ordinary wakeful-ness.
In other words, plain ordinary everyday wakeful-ness is the Self itself. That is
what unchanging awareness is.
What is special or
spiritual about that? Nothing!
Simply being and remaining aware is being the Self and wakeful-ness.
Being awake or wakeful-ness. The state of being conscious, awake or aware is
one's true nature.
Just be aware
that you are and remain aware.
You are aware anyhow, you need not try to be.
The ultimate Truth is so
simple. It is laughable.
Awareness is simply the natural state of being aware.
Look it up in the
dictionary if you do not understand. That is what the Self or
present aware-ness truly is.
Shining in plain sight. The Reality is present and self-shining as common to all
plain ordinary everyday awareness.
The natural state of
being awake from sleep and remaining aware of being oneself all day long is the so called
'Realized' state. That is IT. That is what self-appointed Gurus and Teachers do
not want Seekers to know.
After all, would you pay
or suck up to others pretending to be holy if you know that you were never bound?
Ignorance alone is the obstacle to be removed with understanding and the only
false notion of bondage.
The fastest and easiest way to Freedom is to simply remove the false notion of being bound.
Bondage and liberation
are only psychological. Bondage is only found in one's own head.
Remove ignorance and you have done all that needed to be done for Freedom.
There is no bondage. One only 'believes' that there is. That is all.
Liberation is our very nature... It is not to be freshly acquired.
All that is necessary is to get rid of the false notion that we are bound.
Only veiled and ignorant
spiritual people made it up to be. God as a spiritual presence is only fiction or
illusion.
Any spiritual concepts of God are just myths and ideologies born out of fear,
ignorance and superstitions.
People that 'believe' in
a spiritual or religious God are only bound to their own 'beliefs'.
There is no Freedom to ever be found through spirituality or any religions.
The Sought-after Truth is what you have always been and are.
That is the funny
paradox.
Here and now you are already that.
Aren't you aware or
conscious right here and now? Voila!
You are that present awareness itself. Being aware is being the Self.
Who ever told you that
the Self or present awareness was anything other than the plain ordinary
everyday state of wakeful-ness or the natural state of being and remaining aware
lied to you.
One's true nature is the natural state of sentience or awareness we know as
wakeful-ness.
After all, what is
awareness but the state of being awake or conscious.
That is the present awareness simply being pointed to, just this and nothing
else.
Veiled and ignorant
people will buy the water sold by the River
by self-appointed Gurus and all kind of spiritual Teachers, Yogis, Sages,
Buddhas and Jnanis
foolishly believing it is something special or holy when in fact it is nothing
other than pure B.S. and crap.
The Self is nothing other
than awareness.
Being and remaining aware is this presence of awareness itself.
If you have been a long
time Seeker, then realize that the Search is itself the only trap.
Being awake from sleep everyday or being and remaining aware everyday is the
Self or awareness itself.
After all, if
conventional wisdom will always point that the Reality is always present here and now with
oneself
as oneself and you have been overlooking and missing it all this time, it will
perhaps eventually dawn on you
that you have in fact been looking in the wrong direction and wasting your life
searching for the wrong thing.
Being aware or awake or
conscious everyday is always abiding as one's unchanging true nature.
Call off the Search. Nothing is missing. Aren't you awake, conscious or aware
already? Of course you are.
Instead of wasting your
life foolishly seeking for illusion, understand that simply being alive and aware or awake
from sleep everyday is itself abiding as one's true nature. Anything else is
redundant, all that is necessary for
Freedom is to realize that being just as you are and have always been naturally
is abiding as the Reality.
Freedom is not at all
about reaching, attaining or becoming anything new, special, spiritual or religious.
That is in fact bondage. Freedom is only the removal of the false notion of not
being the Self already.
There is no spiritual goal to be reached and there is nothing spiritual to be attained.
Bondage and liberation are only psychological.
If you are wise you will question and investigate what is Reality.
Is the Reality something
spiritual, religious or special that is yet to be achieved or acquired
or is the Reality the most plain and common to all boring ordinary everyday
presence of existence
that we call sentience or Life? What is the Self or the Reality? Have you ever
wondered what it truly is?
To know what the Self or
the Reality truly is, is the end of the Search and Freedom from all bondage.
Paradoxically because it is so ordinary, it is not at all what spiritual and
religious people expect it to be.
The Self, He, the Reality
is nothing new or different but what we all are and have always been naturally.
The ideology that the Self, God or the Reality is something extra-ordinary or
spiritual, is only a false notion.
Only spiritual and religious people falsely imagine that so called God is some
special presence, power or entity.
That wrong acquired
knowledge is truly ignorance and the cause of all mischief.
The Reality is in fact nothing new, spiritual or special but paradoxically very
common and ordinary.
That is the Open Secret about the eternal Self or the absolute Reality that is
paradoxically hidden in plain Sight.
Not knowing what is the
Reality is the only trouble. Removing ignorance is what we call Freedom or Mukti.
Nothing new or special is to be freshly acquired. Only ignorance is removed.
That is all what so called Freedom is truly all about.
Only the Search for a
spiritual or religious presence to call the Self or God is a trap.
While the veiled and the ignorant foolishly 'believes' that the Infinite Self or
God AKA consciousness
is some holy spiritual or religious presence to be reached or to be attained
with spiritual and religious effort.
The wise understands that
being alive is abiding as the Self or this consciousness itself some people call God.
In other words to the wise Life itself is God. That is all. Nothing new,
spiritual, special or holy.
Simply plain ordinary
existence is the absolute Reality. That is what the Self truly is.
To know this, is know the simple Truth about 'I' am. Know that 'I' exist or 'I'
am
is that presence of consciousness itself that we call the Infinite Self or God.
That is all. There is
nothing more to realize. Understanding is realizing.
Another name for this affectionate presence of consciousness or existence is
Life.
To be or not to be. 'I'
am or 'I' am not. No one sane or wise will ever say 'I' do not exist or 'I' am not,
or deny one's own self or affectionate being. One own self or being is existence
itself AKA the Self.
Everyone alive knows and
says 'I' am. One's own affectionate existence needs no proof.
The Self or consciousness is existence or being. To exist is to be the Self.
Knowing the Self
(consciousness) is being the Self, and being means existence,
one’s own existence. No one denies one’s own existence.

The absolute Reality is
'I' exist.
One's own existence cannot be denied.
Being is existence, consciousness, Life or the Self.
Know Thyself.
Consciousness is simply being yourself just as you are. That is all.
So near and so dear. Here and now you are that. Consciousness is just another

Consciousness present is being present as oneself or me, myself and 'I'.
That is all this consciousness simply is, you can only laugh at yourself for
Seeking you.
There is no goal to be reached. There is nothing to be
attained.
You are the Self (consciousness). You exist always.
The Self is truly
yourself or me, myself and 'I'.
When have you ever lost yourself? Me, myself and 'I' is 'you'.
Who is not aware of
himself? Consciousness present is 'I' am present.
Present awareness. Knowing that you are present is this consciousness itself.
Consciousness is what me,
myself and 'I' truly represent. One's own self or being. It is nothing new but you.
There has never been some ego or finite self to get rid of or some spiritual
Self to be reached or attained.
Plain good ol' you or me myself and 'I' is this presence of consciousness
itself, that is all. A big Joke.
To the ignorant the 'I'
is the self limited to the body.
To the wise, the 'I' is the Infinite Self (consciousness).

All the concepts and
beliefs you have acquired from spiritual and religious people about a special presence,
Self or
God are a lie. The Self is yourself. Thou art that. The 'I' is the Infinite
Self. So simple. This is Real-'I'-zation.
You are what you Seek. How can 'you' get 'you'? Call off the Search and remove
ignorance.
You get nothing because you lost nothing. Only ignorance is removed.
Scammers or
self-appointed Gurus may entice ignorant Seekers to foolishly believe
that they have become or reached some spiritual state of 'Enlightenment' but it
is only a hoax.
As the old saying goes, "kill the Buddha you see on the Road", it is
only a fraud. A spiritual con artist.
Get to know you. You are
awareness. You are consciousness. Have a closer look at your real nature.
Being aware is awareness itself. Being conscious is this consciousness itself.
That is the Self.
Consciousness or the Self
is undeniably present simply because you are aware of being.
That awareness of being present common to all is 'I' am. No one can deny being.
It is pure
awareness of being. It is that 'I' am you know so well.

Child-Like simplicity.
To know the Self or
awareness or consciousness or one's true nature is so simple and so easy
but the spiritual and religious Seeker does not want simplicity. A strange
paradox.
People want to see the
Self as something new when paradoxically
it is in fact always present and always remains the same.
Forget all about
spirituality and all religions, simply because they are all crap. They are the poison, not
the cure.
The Self is nothing new or spiritual but what you always are and have always
been your whole Life naturally.
Get to know this consciousness or present awareness. Are you aware? Are you conscious? Voila!
That is what the Self is.
Being aware of being oneself is being the Self.
If you are sure of the
fact that you are not dead, asleep or un-conscious, you are alive and aware of being.
That pure awareness of being or knowing that that you are present is at once
consciousness and 'I' am.
Wisdom is Freedom or understanding is Realizing.
The Self is yourself.
Free yourself from ignorance only. That is all that is required.
Know the Truth! There is no bondage and there is no liberation.
There is no spiritual or
any religious presence that the veiled and ignorant person will call God.
If you want to worship some imaginary God, idolize a person, a place or a thing,
that is your problem.
That spiritual and
religious non-sense has absolutely nothing to do with the Reality because it is not true.
If you ever come across lovely Gurus, Buddhas or holy beings etc, realize that
these people are really phonies.
Spiritual and religious
people are liars that are selling water by the River to the veiled and the ignorant.
But the Truth is simple and easy to know if you are willing to understand this
consciousness.
Understanding is the only
tool that is required for Freedom. It is the removal of ignorance.
No understanding, no Freedom from ignorance. Ignorance is the only obstacle.
If you don't understand
this consciousness itself, then you are in bondage
when you will understand what this (consciousness) is, then that is liberation.
Paradoxically you will realize that you are already liberated.

What we call the state of
Self-Realization has absolutely nothing to do
with some fictitious and imaginary state of spiritual or religious
Enlightenment.
Spiritual or religious
Enlightenment is a Hoax.
Spiritual people Seek spiritual Enlightenment which is a myth.
There is no such thing as
spiritual Enlightenment. It is just a spiritual carrot.
Seeking any spiritual state of Enlightenment is bondage and only reserved for
the foolish.
Therefore whenever you see foolish people striving to become Enlightened. Laugh!
It will never happen.
The concept of
Enlightenment is just like any other illusion.
Can the water in the mirage make you wet? Try to catch it!
See how long you will be foolishly chasing after illusion.
When you are finally sick
and tired of chasing after a mirage, then it is time to
stop Seeking spirituality and understand what the Self and Freedom is truly all
about.
Forget about all that
spiritual garbage people call Enlightenment. It is only religious ideology and fiction.
Just like stinky garbage that is given to pigs. Spiritual Enlightenment is only
religious crap.
Spirituality and religions have nothing to do with the Reality and Freedom.
Freedom is only the removal of ignorance.
Know thyself.
What I am talking about
is knowing oneself.
Who am 'I'? What am 'I'? That is what I am talking about.
Know Thyself or who am
'I' and you know the Oneness to simply be Life itself.
There is nothing spiritual or religious about Self-Realization or knowing one's
true nature.
Realization means understanding. There is no attaining, reaching or becoming
anything new whatsoever.
The state we call Realisation is simply being oneself.
Not knowing anything or becoming anything.
What you Seek is what you
already are this very moment naturally.
Like a Fish in the Ocean searching everywhere for the Ocean.
When have you ever lost yourself? 'I' am is always with you.
The Self is your own self.
Consciousness is what you
are. It is nothing new or different.
Only the veiled, the ignorant or the dishonest will imply otherwise.
The Self or consciousness
is what you always are and have always been naturally.
Awareness of being is the Self and you. The Self you seek to know is simply
being yourself.
The Search for a spiritual Self is a trap. There is no such thing. Being oneself
is being the Self.
Consciousness is indeed
always with us.

grace, satsang, transmissions etc, are all illusion.
Some ignorant people fall for the trap of believing that the Self is outside

and therefore they will foolishly Seek and worship a person, a place or a thing
and call it God.
Spiritual and religious
people strongly believe spiritual and religious myths, fiction or illusion to be true and
paradoxically they will reject the simple Truth about the Self or the Reality to
be false. A strange paradox.
The Self is your own plain ordinary everyday self. That is the Open Secret.
The Self
(consciousness) you seek to know is truly yourself.
Your supposed ignorance causes you needless grief
like that of the ten foolish men who grieved
at the loss of the tenth man,
who was never lost.

who is hidden in the way. But whoever seeks God without
any special way,
finds Him as He really is... He is Life itself.

that you are Life. Life is living itself as you. One's own existence is the Divine.
Life, no one can be without it. Existence or consciousness is the same as Life

There is no waiting for

what we are naturally.
What are you looking for?
A spiritual or a holy Self? That is only illusion. Life is the Reality.
Everyone alive is always the Self. Simply because Life itself is the Infinite
Self. That is IT.
There has never been any spiritual or religious Self. Life is the Self. That is
the Secret.
How can you become what
you always are?
If you are not dead or unconscious you are the Self.
Being alive and aware of being is at once 'I' am and God or the Self.
Spiritual and religious
people will never tell you that Life itself is the Self or God
only because they either do not know it or they do not want you to know the
simple Truth.
After all, when you are
already that, there is no money to be made by selling the real Truth for spiritual people.
Therefore only ignorance can be bought and be freshly acquired from others. Just
this and nothing else.
Spiritual people are only selling water by the River to the dumb and the
ignorant for a profit or fee.
Only remove ignorance. That is all there is to be done.
You are Life. The only
obstacle to be removed for Freedom is ignorance. That is all.
There is no becoming, attaining or reaching anything new, spiritual or special
for the Reality to be.
You are alive. Consciousness is indeed present because you undeniably know that
you are. 'I' am is certain.
Life, existence or
consciousness is synonymous with simply being oneself and

Know 'I' am to be

Realize that you are or the 'I' is, the Infinite Self. No ego or finite self

the One Self. The One without two is you. Thou art that.
What can be simpler and easier than that? You are that or 'I' is that.
The Self is me, myself and 'I'. No two selves exist. No dual-'I'-ty.
There is no one that does not say 'I' am.
The wrong knowledge of 'I' am the body is the cause of all mischief.
This wrong knowledge must go. That is the Realization.
Say 'I 'am. That is IT.
That is the Lord. What else did you expected the Self to be? It is your own ordinary self.
That alone is the Self or consciousness or awareness of being that is being
pointed to as one's true nature.
Awareness of being. No one can deny one's own self or being.
Everyone knows and says
'I' am all day long. Is there anyone who is not aware of himself?
Everyone knows 'I' am. 'I' am is at once you and God. You are Life, God, the
Self, He, the Reality.

not aware of himself? Each one knows,

Here and now you are that.
Nothing new or different
whatsoever than what you are here and now and have always been your whole Life.
There is no separation or individuality. There is only the One. One Self or one

You are not what you
appear to be. You are not the body but the Living-ness or consciousness that is

The Living-ness that is
beating your heart and effortlessly shining through your eyes as the 'Seer',
as the awareness, sentience, cognizance or witnessing presence which is
consciousness.
Seeing is being conscious or the Self. So is hearing, thinking, feeling etc.
Who is always present to
be aware of this and that? 'I' am. 'I' am or the 'I' is awareness or consciousness.
The natural activity of knowing or pure cognizing is at once being aware and
being the Self.
He (consciousness) is the unseen seer, the unheard hearer, the
unthought thinker.
There is no other seer but He. No other hearer but He. No other thinker but He.
No other knower but He.
He is yourself. The inner controller, the immortal, the imperishable.
The Reality is simply the
natural presence of consciousness or ordinary Living-ness
that is naturally and undeniably present within your own body. Sentience.
'I' am is at once awareness of being and the Real-'I'-ty.
Knowing the Self is so
easy.
It is simply being yourself just as you are.
The Self is being oneself naturally. So simple.
Who told you that you are
not the Self already? Why would you believe the false to be true?
Call off the Search. The Search for a spiritual Self is a trap. The Self is Life
and you.
Only people that have a
hidden agenda will disguise themselves as holy beings and camouflage the simple Truth.
There is nothing spiritual or holy about the Self. Paradoxically is the most
plain, common and ordinary.
After all, one's true
nature is nothing new or far away
but in fact what you always are and have always been naturally.
There is no becoming,
reaching or attaining the Self. Being alive is being the Self.
Consciousness is not a spiritual state to be reached or attained but the natural
state of being.
We are 'imagining' we are bound and are making various,
strenuous attempts to become free.
We will be surprised that we were frantically trying to attain something,
which we have always been and are.
Spiritual and religious
people falsely believe that there is an ego or a finite self to get rid of. But there
isn't.
That wrong acquired knowledge is the only false notion of bondage. There is no
bondage or liberation.
Only understanding that simply being aware is awareness. Being conscious is
consciousness.
That is what one's true
nature simply is. Being oneself is always being the Self. Ego is
not.
Everyone alive is always abiding as that. What spiritual people Seek to find is
what they always are.
The false notion of an ego present anywhere is only wrong acquired knowledge
from spiritual and religious people.
If you seek the ego you will find, it does not exist.
That is the way to get rid of it. Look for it and it will not be found.
The false notion of
bondage is only imaginary and psychological.
There is no ego. What binds you? You are always ever-Free.
Spiritual and religious
people are paradoxically
the most ignorant and most veiled people you will ever come across.
They foolishly believe
what they read to be true and listen to other ignorant spiritual people.
As long as someone turns toward spirituality and religions for Freedom, they
will know the simple Truth.
Throw away all the spiritual and religious books and kill the Enlightened Buddha
you see on the Road. It is all false.
Spiritual and religious people do not realize that so called God they foolishly
Seek
and others worship is simply just another name for Life, for consciousness, for
existence.
The Self or God or the
Lord or the Infinite etc, is not to be found somewhere far and away but recognized
undeniably present within one's own dwelling as 'I' am. As oneself, as one's own
being. That is all.
'I' am is the Self or God which is ordinary everyday consciousness.
There is no spiritual or
religious power. Life is God or God is simply Life itself.
That is what the fuss about the so called "Kingdom of God" is all
about. Life is the Oneness.
Know your own self and you know the Oneness to simply be Life itself and
yourself. You are Life.
Life, existence or
consciousness is nothing new or apart from you but simply the natural presence of
intelligence
or the living power or Living energy that we call Life. That
is what the Self is. Existence is consciousness itself.
He or consciousness is the unseen power present within the body that we all know
and call existence or Life.
Being alive and being
oneself is abiding as that consciousness itself. That is IT. What can be easier than this?
Alive-ness, living-ness, conscious-ness, aware-ness, being-ness, 'I' am-ness.
That is what Life or the Self is.
That is one's true nature or God. Existence and consciousness are one and the
same presence.
Call off the Search. The
Self is one's own being. Don't you know? It is that 'I' am you know.
To know the Self look at yourself, look at your own existence, look at your own
being.
What have you to wait for when it is already here
and now?
You have to only look & see. Look at yourself, at your own being.
You know that
you are and you like it. Abandon all imagining, that is all.
Do not rely on time, time is death, who waits dies.

The natural state of being aware.

Awareness is undeniably present because you are aware of being.
Knowing that you are present is this present awareness itself. Same, same.

Being aware is ordinary
everyday sentience or everyday wakeful-ness.
The natural state of being aware is simply being oneself. That is what the Self
truly is.
So plain and so ordinary
is awareness itself AKA the Self that it is easily overlooked.
Take space as an analogy or example to point to the subtlety and ordinariness
of this plain common to all ordinary everyday present awareness.
Just like space is
nothing new but always present, boring and unchanging because it is no-thing.
Awareness is always present first hand with oneself, boring and it remains the
same and unchanging all day long.
To be awake or aware is
unchanging awareness. Some call it the state-less state. Empty, boring and no-thing.
There is no love in it, no happiness or anything changing or happening
whatsoever. It is just pure being.
That is the Open Secret
about the Self self-shining in plain sight all along. Closer than
close.
What you Seek is nothing other than what you already are naturally everyday.
Awareness is the same as being. Existence is being.
Being aware or consciousness is being the Self or one's true nature.
Anyone that wakes up
every morning is abiding as their true nature all day long.
What else did you expect this unchanging present awareness to really be? That is
IT.
That awareness is what one's true nature simply is. Being awake or being aware
is the same.
That is all there is to
realize about one's true nature. Realize that simply being and remaining aware or
being awake from sleep everyday is to abide as unchanging awareness or pure
consciousness, sentience or the Self.
Who said that to know the
Self AKA aware-ness was something hard or difficult?
After all, look at yourself here and now. Aren't you awake or aware right now?
See! It is so easy.
That is what the Self simply is, this undeniable common plain ordinary present
awareness is one's true nature.
The Self or unchanging
awareness or being aware is nothing new or special.
The Self is sentience or simply being aware. That is what the fuss is all about.
Being aware.
What you need is to be aware of being aware.
Know thyself.
You are awareness itself.
Being aware is one's true
nature. Sentience.
Awareness is another name for the Self or consciousness.
The natural effortless
activity of being conscious or being aware
is this non-conceptual self-shining present awareness that we all like to be.
All knowledge acquired
from spiritual and religious people about the Self or God is wrong knowledge.
Seekers have been mislead by self-appointed Gurus and Teachers to believe the false or
illusion to be true.
Only the fasle notion
that the Infinite Self is either something spiritual or religious in anyway is bondage.
There is no other notion of separation and bondage. This false notion must be
removed for Freedom.
That wrong acquired knowledge about the Self is a veil of ignorance and the only
obstruction.
Remove wrong acquired
knowledge or misinformation about the Self AKA unchanging awareness.
There is absolutely nothing new or different about awareness. It is simple
changeless being.
Simple changeless being is one's true nature.
Spirituality and
religions are illusion.
Why Seek illusion, the transient or the impermanent
when the Reality is always undeniably present here and now?
The Self is simply being
oneself. That is this present awareness truly is.
Being aware is awareness of being. Look at yourself here
and now. Aren't you aware?
There has never been anything whatsoever spiritual or religious about awareness
or the Self.
Aware-ness or the natural activity of being aware and the Self are synonymous
with being oneself.
The Self is the natural
activity of being aware. That alone is what consciousness itself simply is.
Being aware is simply being oneself naturally. That is
what it is. The Self or awareness is the most natural.
There is nothing new about the Self. Abiding as one's true nature is the most
common, effortless and natural.
Awareness present is 'I'
am. Knowing that you are present and aware is abiding as that unchanging awareness itself.
Awareness present or present awareness is at once being and consciousness. It is
the knowing that you are present.
To the ignorant the 'I' is the self limited to the body.
To the wise, the 'I' is the Infinite Self (consciousness).
Me, myself and 'I'.
Awareness present or present awareness is the knowing that 'you' are.
The 'I' present in 'I' am. The 'I' is the Infinite Self and your own self. Thou
art that. You are that.
Who am 'I'?
After all, the only fact you are sure of
is that 'you' are. 'I' am is certain.
Know thyself. The 'I' and
awareness are One. You are the Self.
Awareness of being oneself is at once 'I' am and the Self. That is what it is.
The Self is nothing new
or spiritual like some foolish ignorant people may want you to believe
but in fact always present with you as your own affectionate plain ordinary
everyday self. That is IT.
Awareness is nothing new,
mystical or special. It is one's true nature.
Being aware is the natural state of being common to all.
Here and now you are undeniably aware. That is IT.
Just be aware that you are and remain aware.
You are aware anyhow, you need not try to be.
The natural state of
being conscious or aware we call sentience or wakeful-ness is this awareness.
To be aware, awareness or the Self is not something that can be cultivated,
reached or attained.
Being conscious or aware
is what you already are naturally this very moment.
Nothing was ever lost or missing. Spiritual people only foolishly believe so.
The Search for the Self
as something new or spiritual is a trap.
The bottom line is that spirituality or religions cannot help you know the
Truth.
The Truth is what you are. It is not something to be freshly acquired from books
or others.
Present here and now.
You do not have to kick start awareness.
Have a look at your real
nature. Have you noticed that you are aware?
Being aware! That is your true nature. The natural state of being and remaining
aware
common to everyone is the Sought-after Truth and the absolute Reality. Being
aware is being the Self.
Who said the Self AKA
awareness was anything else anyhow?
Nothing new, nothing special, mystical or spiritual.
Being aware is being the Self. Full stop.
The natural state of being.
Only con artists AKA
self-appointed spiritual Gurus and religious Teachers will entice and confuse Seekers to
believe that the Self or awareness was something special or spiritual that is
yet to be reached or to be attained.
Know the Truth! That is
all just a bunch of crap. Money or gratification is their only true God.
That is what these people truly worship behind the camouflage of spirituality
and religions.
After all, spirituality and all religions are the poison, not the cure. It is
only false beliefs.
Some ignorant fools will
even sit in silent meditations for years, waiting for awareness to show up
when all along simply being awake or conscious naturally is always abiding as
that. How funny.
Acquired spiritual and religious knowledge, rituals and practices are the
greatest ignorance.
Forget all spiritual and
religious non-sense if you want to be Free.
Understand what this present awareness simply is. It is you.
You are awareness itself.
Get to know your real nature.
Awareness is another name for you.

Reality.
Be content with what you are sure of. And the only thing you can be sure of is 'I' am.
There never was any
spiritual or religious God. Veiled and ignorant people invented one.
That wrong or false knowledge is the only bondage. Remove ignorance and voila.
The Reality is being.
Know that 'I' am or 'I'
exist is the Real-'I'-ty.
The natural state of being. Being alive and awake or aware
is consciousness, sentience, awareness and that alone is what God is.
Like being brainwashed or
hypnotized. Spiritual and religious people are not very bright.
Ask them what the words God or He or the Self or the Reality simply represent
and they will have no clue.
After all, bondage and
liberation is only psychological. One only 'believes' or 'assumes' or has 'convinced'
himself
that there is bondage. Look for your chains! Who is bound? Bondage is only found
inside one's own head.
Bondage is just a false notion foolishly accepted by ignorant people to be true, just this and nothing else.
On enquiry 'who' is bound? The notion of bondage vanishes and so does
that of Liberation.
The one eternally free alone remains self-revealed.
Like an Ass dumbly
chasing after a carrot at the end of a stick
There is no bondage. There is no separation and there is no liberation either.
Some ignorant people will spend their whole life Seeking and chasing after
illusion for nothing.
There is nothing new to
get. The ultimate Truth is so simple. Paradoxically that is the only difficulty.
Once you get that there is absolutely nothing new, spiritual or religious to
get, you finally Got IT!
The state we call Realisation is simply being oneself.
Not knowing anything or becoming anything.
Did you know that what is
called the Self, He, the Reality or God is simply consciousness?
The natural state of being conscious is this consciousness itself. That is what
God or the Self is.
Only veiled and ignorant
people will foolishly assume that the Reality or God as some people call it
is either something spiritual or religious. That false notion is only
programming or religious conditioning.
The Reality is simply
Life itself. Consciousness present is existence present. That is all
that God is.
As with water and ice, there is no existence present without consciousness

To be aware is to abide as unchanging awareness. To be alive and conscious is to
abide as the One without two.
Consciousness, sentience
or awareness are just different names for you.
You are that. Nothing new or different whatsoever. Who said it was or should be?
You are awareness.
Awareness is another name for you.
Since you are awareness, there is no need to attain or cultivate it.
You are awareness. Remove
the veil of ignorance camouflaging the simple Truth about yourself and true nature.
Have a look and see for yourself what this presence of awareness simply is, it
is so easy that it is funny.
Are you aware right now?
Voila! You are that presence of awareness itself. Being aware is being the Self.
Closer than close. You and awareness are One. Same, same. Awareness is another
name for 'you'.
What 'you' Seek is what
'you' are. You yourself are the Self. Nothing is lost or missing. Call off the Search.
Nothing new, different or spiritual to be freshly acquired. The Seeker is the
Sought! Is that funny or what?
Life or consciousness is
one's true nature and the Infinite Self. Simply being alive and aware is being IT.
Remove the camouflage of spiritual and religious B.S. and you are then left with
the simple Truth
about your real self. You are consciousness AKA the Self. Here and now you are
that.
Being alive and
conscious. That is alone is what the Self you Seek to know truly is.
Consciousness is nothing new but what you always are naturally everyday.
It is 'I' am or 'you' are. Don't you know that 'you' exist right now?
The Self (consciousness) you seek to know is truly yourself.
Your supposed ignorance causes you needless grief
like that of the ten foolish men who grieved
at the loss of the tenth man,
who was never lost.
Freedom is not and never
will be the acquisition of anything new, special or spiritual.
Ignorant spiritual and religious people foolishly assume they are not already
whole and
will therefore spend their entire life Seeking for something new to be freshly
acquired. Oops!
Only veiled by wrong
spiritual and religious knowledge.
Not knowing that simply being alive and aware of being oneself everyday
is in fact the Sought-after Truth and Reality is the trouble. Remove ignorance
only.
Paradoxically all
acquired spiritual and religious knowledge is the greatest ignorance.
Spirituality and religions only point to illusion. That is the funny paradox.
All that crap must go if you ever want to know your real self.
After all, what you Seek
is what you always are naturally everyday.
The real nature of Life is the presence of consciousness itself.
After all, what is Life
but the natural presence of consciousness itself.
Just like the nature of a wave moving on the surface of the Ocean is nothing but
Ocean.
The real nature of Life is nothing but consciousness. One's true nature is this
consciousness itself.
If you don't understand this consciousness itself, then you
are in bondage
when you will understand what this (consciousness) is, then that is liberation.
Paradoxically you will realize that you are already liberated.
Freedom is very easy. No
time or effort of any kind is required. Only cultivating illusion is difficult.
For Freedom only understanding this consciousness itself is necessary.
It very simple because it is very familiar and ordinary.
No one alive is ever
apart from their true nature. It is impossible.
Therefore what are you waiting for?
Get to know your true nature.
To know the Self or one's
true nature is so easy.
To simply be conscious is consciousness. To be aware is awareness.
That is what He, the Self, the Reality, God or the Sought-after Truth simply is.
The natural state of
being and remaining aware common to all and always experienced directly by everyone
alive as plain ordinary common effortless everyday wakeful-ness is the Self.
That is IT. So simple.
Not knowing how close the
sought-after Truth is, people Seek it far away.
The Secret is simply that there has never been anything
whatsoever spiritual or religious about Freedom.
The false notion that
consciousness or the Infinite Self is something
spiritual or religious is bondage. So near and so dear. It is simply Life
itself.

Wakeful-ness or sentience

Consciousness or awareness is what has been pointed to as one's thoughtless
Reality for millennia by the wise.
Everyone alive is always
abiding as this consciousness itself everyday naturally. Get to know your true nature.
Not by Seeking it as anything new, spiritual or far and away. But simply by
knowing your own self.
For example thoughts come
and go like they are supposed to naturally but the witness of all thoughts
is always the same unchanging presence of consciousness. The
knower is consciousness.
Who is present and aware of thoughts? 'I' am. 'I' am is consciousness.
Consciousness is just
another name for 'you'. Gee! yoU aRe yoU. Here and now 'you' are that.
Have a look at your real self. The simplest, fastest, easiest way to recognize
one's true nature is to be still.
All that is required to realize the Self (consciousness) is to be still.

Call it the Self, He, the

Present here and now naturally with everybody, that undeniable ordinary
cognizing presence
is what we call consciousness or unchanging awareness.
Just like the unchanging
sky and the passing clouds. Being and remaining aware is unchanging awareness.
Realize that when ever you pause thoughts, only thoughts will effortlessly
disappear but 'you' always remain
present and aware of being. You do not come or go anywhere. You are this
unchanging present awareness itself.
To know the Self AKA
consciousness or unchanging awareness or one's thoughtless true nature is so easy.
It is laughable. A cosmic joke. How much time and effort does it take to be
still for a few moments?
Be still and 'you' are there! Self-shining and undeniably present as pure
awareness. That is IT.
Remove all camouflage,
there is absolutely nothing mystical about the Infinite Self.
Simply being alive and aware or awake is abiding as that consciousness itself.
Nothing new, special or
spiritual to reached, attained or cultivated.
The Self is what we all are naturally and effortlessly by simply being aware.
If you are aware, you are
the Self. Being aware is being the Self. That is all there is to realize.
Who ever said knowing the Self was something that was hard or difficult?
Paradoxically it is so easy.
What you need is to be aware of being aware.
Only ignorant spiritual
and religious fools want the Self to be much more than this.
These are the veiled Seekers that will only die ignorant of this simple Truth.
What to do.
One can only take a horse to the water but cannot make him drink. Drink if you
are thirsty.
Nothing new, nothing
special or different about the Self. The Self is just another name for 'you'.
The Self is consciousness and 'you' are that. Being alive is abiding as the
Self. He is life itself.
Consciousness present is
simply being alive and aware of being. Sentience.
Are you alive? are you aware of being? There you go sport. That is IT.
All sentient beings are essentially 'Buddhas'.
As with water and ice, there is no ice without water.
Not knowing how close the truth is, we seek it far away. What a pity!
Paradoxically any
spiritual or religious concepts, beliefs or ideology that the Reality is either
something new, spiritual or holy is idiocy. That false knowledge is only for the
ignorant.
None of this non-sense is true. Life, consciousness or existence is simply being
Spirituality and any
religions are only pointing to illusion, not to the Reality which is present here and now.
Remove ignorance only with common sense and clear understanding. That alone is
all that is necessary.
Understanding this
consciousness is all that is necessary. There is no bondage and there is no liberation.
Spiritual and religious people only 'believe' that there is. That is
paradoxically their only imaginary chains.
Wisdom is Freedom.
Understanding is Realizing.
Ignorance is the only obstacle to be removed.
Only remove ignorance.
That is all there is to be done.
Some spiritual and
religious people may pretend to be someone special, spiritual and holy
and to have acquired some spiritual state of 'Enlightenment', but that is only
for show
used to entice and confuse Seekers for either self-gratificaton or for a fee.

Know the simple Truth.
There is nothing new or different to be reached or to be attained.
Nothing whatsoever spiritual or religious to be cultivated, practiced or
acquired.
Being alive is being the Self. That is the Open Secret.
Understanding that Life
is the natural presence of consciousness itself is very easy.
There is nothing more to be realized. Consciousness is present as Life itself.
That is one's true nature.
Are you alive?
The Self, He, God or consciousness you seek is what you are already, naturally.
Alive-ness, living-ness, conscious-ness are all synonymous with simply being or
existence.
There is absolutely
nothing new, spiritual or holy about God. That is the funny paradox.
He is Life itself. Plain, common to all and ordinary. That is all there is to
realize.
Nothing was ever lost.
What you Seek is what you are right now.
Being is the experience itself. Being alive is being the Self. That is the
Reality.

In other words to be
alive and aware of being is to abide as the Self, He, the Reality or God.

Consciousness is
wakeful-ness. Everyone awake is aware of being.
Awareness of being oneself is consciousness itself. It is 'I' am.

To be or not to be. Everybody knows 'I' am. So simple.

The natural presence of
Life or consciousness
which is so common to all sentient beings is the Self.
Consciousness is being
awake. Consciousness is being aware.

To be awake from sleep is to abide as consciousness itself and that is to be so
called 'Enlightened'.
"Enlightenment' is
not some fictitious spiritual or religious state or some holy place to be reached or
attained.
True Enlightenment is to be alive and aware of being, Sat-Chit-Ananda. Awareness
of being is God and happiness.
The experience is
here and now. One cannot deny one’s own self.
Existence is the same as happiness and happiness is the same as being.

The word 'God' is just a fancy name for consciousness AKA Life. That is all God

When you hear the words
'the Kingdom of God is in you' it simply points to the natural

dwelling.
Beating your heart and self-shining through your eyes this very moment. Being is
the Self.
The Self (consciousness) is not something to be acquired from others.
All that is necessary is to know its existence in you.
Just like a Fish in the
water foolishly crying that is thirsty. What is missing?
Nothing whatsoever! The Self is Life itself. Wisdom is to know this simple
Truth.
Wisdom is Freedom. That
is the only difference between the wise and the ignorant.
Not knowing that Life or existence is consciousness or the Self is the only
problem.
Know that the Self AKA
consciousness is simply Life itself. That is what the Self or God truly is.
That simple realization is that all is necessary to end the Search for the Self
that was never lost.
The Self is nothing new or in anyway different than what you are and have always been naturally.
The state of self-realisation, as we call it,
is not attaining something new or reaching some goal which
is far away,
but simply being that which you always are and which you always have been.
Life or consciousness is
the absolute Reality that is self-shining presently within your own dwelling.
In other words being alive and conscious is to be the Self or God. Nothing new,
spiritual or special.
That is all there is to realize or understand. Thou art that already, naturally,
everyday effortlessly.
To Seek consciousness AKA
the Self as anything new or special, spiritual or holy
is to always look away from it. Call off the Search. You are it this very
moment.
Understanding what this
presence of consciousness simply is, is very easy.
Are you aware? You know that you are not dead or un-conscious? Voila!
Consciousness present is
the knowing that you are present.
Present awareness is at once consciousness and 'I' am.
That is the Joke of it
all.
Just realize that you are aware and remain aware.
That is what the Self, He, the Reality, God or this consciousness is.
Just be aware
that you are and remain aware.
You are aware anyhow, you need not try to be.
Only an ignorant fool
looks for a spiritual or religious presence to call the Self or God.
To the wise the Self or God is simply ordinary everyday consciousness.
To the wise the Self or God is simply Life itself.
Consciousness is Life.
Where can you find it?
Turn within. Look at yourself. Look at your own being.
Consciousness is undeniably present. You know that you are alive and you like
it. 'I' am is certain.
You wander restlessly from forest to forest while
the Reality is within your own dwelling.
I am not a spiritual
person or being.
I am not a religious person or a believer of anything.
Just an ordinary person
who understands that simply being alive is the only absolute Reality.
Nothing new, spiritual or religious about being alive. Being alive is simply
being oneself naturally.
If you are looking for
something new, spiritual or holy, you are at the wrong place.
Here spirituality and all religions are crap. False and made up stories only to
bound the ignorant.
Wisdom is to discern
between what is real and what is illusion. Fact or fiction.
For example give a brainwashed religious follower a fossilized Dinosaur bone
which is a solid fact,
they will still strongly hold on to or religiously be attached to a false belief
that man was first created on Earth.
The same person also
believes in some imaginary place in the clouds or in the sky they call 'Heaven'.
That is illusion. People believe the false to be true and reject what is the
fact and true to be false.
A strange paradox. Believing is bondage. That is all. People are only bound to
false beliefs.
The simple Truth is just a funny paradox.
While spiritual and
religious people believe in a God hidden far and away, for the wise
the Reality
is the simple fact of one's own being. One's own undeniable existence is the
Reality. That is all.
These conditioned
spiritual and religious people cannot see through the veil of acquired ignorance
which is simply all of their acquired religious and spiritual beliefs. That is
their only bondage.
Ignorant spiritual and
religious people falsely 'believe' that there is bondage.
The fact is that there is no bondage. Look for your chains. One only 'believes'
that there is.
People that are turning
toward religions and spirituality for a cure,
are in fact turning toward illusion and overlooking the undeniable Reality.
The poison is
paradoxically any acquired spiritual or religious beliefs. Another paradox.
Freedom from all religions and all spirituality is Freedom from all bondage.
After all, Seekers are only bound to Seeking. That is the funny paradox.
Reality or illusion. What
is Real? Question. Investigate.
Religions and spirituality are not Real. They all are illusion.
It is all spiritual
carrots and non-sense. Fantasy only. It is all B.S.
There has never been a God to worship present anywhere.
Selling water by the River.
Know the simple Truth

Spirituality and religions are only money scams. The Reality is nothing

Life is the true presence
and only true power. It is the Reality present within your own dwelling.

Life is the Diamond in your pocket. Life is the Sought-after Truth. Life

Life is what is
expressing itself naturally as all sentient beings.
Life is being. Present here and now. No one is ever apart from one's own
existence.
'I' exist here and now is the Real-'I'-ty. The 'I' and consciousness or Life are
one and the same presence.
Consciousness or Life or
existence present here and now is known to all as 'I' am.
Common to all. The Reality is 'I' exist or 'I' am. Nothing new under the Sun.
The natural state of being alive and aware is one's true nature.
To know one's true nature is very easy.
There is no believing
anything especially something spiritual or religious.
The simple fact of being alive presently or here and now is the Reality. That is all.
Present here and now. Life is Now only.
The only sure fact is
that Life is what is happening presently. Here and now you are.
Freedom is as simple as that understanding. Understanding
is realizing that being alive is being the Self.
What are you waiting for?
What have you to wait for when it is already here

You have to only look & see. Look at yourself, at your own being.
You know that
you are and you like it. Abandon all imagining, that is all.

Life is that absolute
Reality. Everyone alive is always abiding as the Infinite Self.
The experience is here and now. There is no waiting or attaining anything.
Being is the experience itself.
The experience is here and now. One cannot deny one’s own self.Me, myself and 'I'.
Can anyone deny one's own self
and say 'I' do not exist or 'I' am not?
Only idiots will claim
that they do not exist!
The certainty of being alive and kicking needs no proof.
No one sane can deny
one's own self. No one sane can deny one's own existence.
'I' exist is the absolute Reality. Everyone alive is aware of being.

Be content with what you are sure of. And the only thing you can be sure of is 'I' am.

the Reality.
That is what the fuss is all about. 'I' am or 'I' exist is the Self.
If you ever come across
some spiritual idiot that tries to convince you and others that they do not exist. Laugh!
Life present is consciousness. The natural presence of intelligence expressing
itself naturally that we call life.
The Self or God is in
fact existence itself. To be, to exist is the experience. That is all there is to
understand.
To know that simply being alive is itself being the Self, He, God or the Reality
is to know the Truth.
What is more common and obvious than being alive? One's own existence cannot be
denied.
Knowing the Self (consciousness) is being the Self, and being
means existence,
one’s own existence. No one denies one’s own existence.
Being alive is being the
Oneness. Spiritual and religious people will not tell you this simple Truth.
After all, would you chase after illusion and false knowledge about the Reality
if you knew this?

have covered up the Reality which is Life itself
with fantasy and spiritual stories only to entice and confuse Seekers.

called nowadays spirituality and religions.
It is all made up crap. The ignorant Seeker who is veiled does not know it.

or any religions to know the simple Truth is like

Believers of spirituality
and religions are only bound to their false acquired 'beliefs'. That
is the paradox.
Bondage is like an illusory cage that is made of wrong acquired spiritual and

Liberation is our very nature. We are that... It is
not to be freshly acquired.
All that is necessary is to get rid of the false notion that we are bound.
Watch one for all these
veiled spiritual Guru disciples and students that are so hypnotized by spiritual B.S.
that they will follow and worship anyone and anything. Some will even write
books of how great
their religious idol or Guru is to them, only to entice others to become veiled
believers.
This is nothing new.
Spirituality and religions are like a disease.
Most Seekers are enticed by someone or something and therefore they will worship
illusion
and become distracted from the simple Truth. Preaching my Guru said this, my
Teacher said that etc.
It all becomes a false reference point of wrong acquired knowledge which is
nothing other than spiritual crap.
There are no spiritual or
special beings. It is all made up crap or garbage only to entice Seekers.
See the false as false. Spirituality and religions are a trap. They are the
poison, not the cure.
There is no bondage. Due to wrong acquired knowledge. One only 'believes' that
there is.
There is nothing to
change, alter or modify for the Reality to be. You are consciousness itself.
What you Seek is what you are right now.To be alive is to abide as consciousness

Call it Life or consciousness, both are one and the same presence of existence.
To be alive is to abide as one's true nature. That is the Open Secret.
There is nothing new or different to be freshly acquired.
You are the Self. Here and now you are that.
The word 'Self' simply

You will only find the Self or the Reality the very moment you stop Seeking.
Not because you find it as anything new or different, but as what you already

Everybody knows and says
'I' am. If you are alive and aware of being yourself, you are the Self.
God is that 'I' am you know so well already as your own affectionate everyday

There is nothing new or
holy about God. It is the fact of one's own being.
That alone is what 'I' am represents. Awareness of being.
The Self (consciousness) is God. 'I' am is God.
Bondage and liberation
are only psychological.
Some people 'believe' that they are bound but that is only a 'belief'.
Did you know that the
words, He, Self, That, Reality or God are simply pointing to Life?
That is what these words are simply camouflaging. Plain ordinary everyday
existence is the Reality.
The Self, He, the Reality
or God is simply the natural Living-ness or conscious-ness
that is naturally and effortlessly beating your heart and shining through your
eyes.
That is all there is to
realize about one's true nature.
Being just as you are naturally is that consciousness itself. Full stop.
If you don't understand this consciousness itself, then you
are in bondage
when you will understand what this (consciousness) is, then that is liberation.
Paradoxically you will realize that you are already liberated.
Remove ignorance about
consciousness with common sense and understanding.
There is nothing whatsoever to attain or becoming anything new, different,
special, spiritual etc.
Freedom is understanding
that Life itself is this presence of consciousness and that alone is the Infinite Self.
Nothing new, spiritual or holy. Some people foolishly believe that the Self or
God is something else, but it is not.
Life itself is the
Precious, the Jewel, the Beauty. That is what has been pointed to for millennia as the
Reality.
Nothing new or apart from you. Consciousness is the natural presence of Life
itself within the body.
That is all there is to Realize.
"You are that"
means you are Life. Nothing is lost or missing. Present here and
now.
Consciousness is the Living presence and power within the body and the very core
of one's own being.
No consciousness present,
no you. Consciousness or Life is just another name for you, for the 'I'.
You do not have to pray or meditate to know that you are. 'I' am is always with
you.
Reality is at once being and consciousness.
Consciousness and being
are synonymous.
It is 'I' exist or 'I' am. No one can deny one's own existence.
Consciousness is the very
core of your being. Your very existence is that. Thou art that.
What you Seek is what you are. The Self is not a spiritual or religious presence
or state but Life.
To be alive is to be the Self.
You are always the Self.
That is the simple Truth that sets you Free from ignorance only.
Like a Fish in the Ocean Searching everywhere for the Ocean. Stop Seeking
because that is bondage.
Not knowing that the Self is simply Life itself is the only obsctacle. Ignorance
is the only obstruction to Freedom.

That is all there is to be done.

Nothing new or special
about God, He, the Self or the Reality. That is the Secret. So near
and so dear.
Consciousness AKA the Self AKA Life is the most common and affectionate presence
to all.
Nothing new. Some call
Life itself the "diamond in your pocket". One's own existence is the Divine.
There has never been anything new, special or spiritual about the Self, He, the
Reality or God.
People that pretend that
it is, are only doing it for show.
Usually for a fee or self-gratification. Some people like the smell of their own
farts so much.
They want to entice a bunch of imbeciles to follow them because they get off
being worshipped by veiled idiots.
Be wise! Remove the veil
of ignorance. Simply because Wisdom alone is Freedom.
After all, there is no bondage or separation from one's true nature. Some only
'believe' that there is.
What you Seek is what you
already are naturally. Nothing new, special or spiritual.
Aren't you alive? See! You know that you are alive and
kicking and you like it.
That is IT. Being alive
is being the Self.
Call off the Search. Only the Search is a trap. That is all.

River. Next time you hear self-appointed Gurus or
read holy books with the words He, Self, Reality, God or That etc, realize
the simple Truth,
that these are just vague fancy enticing and confusing words that are only
pointing to Life itself.
Life is the Infinite
Self. Being alive is being God. That is what 'that' or He is.
Who said the Reality was anything else but Life itself? No one wise.
For whoever seeks God in some special way,
will gain the way and lose God who is hidden in the way.
But whoever seeks God without any special way, finds Him as He really is...
He is Life itself.
The Prophets of Profits.
If you are being asked
for money AKA donations for Freedom,
you are being taken for a ride. There are no special, spiritual or religious
people.
Ignorant people that want
to worship illusion will follow someone else deeper into ignorance.
Don't you know that freedom from all religions and any kind of spirituality is
Freedom from all bondage?
After all, there is no bondage and of course there is no liberation either.
Ignorant people only believe that there is .
Enlightenment for example
is only a religious myth or spiritual carrot, that is all.
Therefore what is a so called holy being, a great Saint, a Jnani or Buddha etc,?
A con artist pretending to be spiritual and holy for gratification or a fee.
What else would it be?
A God of holy books and
holy scriptures is a fraud. Wake up! Smell the Coffee.
It is all B.S. There are no special, spiritual, Godly or religious entities,
presence or people.
Just like the water in
the mirage cannot make you wet.
Why Seek, why worship and chase after illusion? It is all false.

Not present as some new,
special, spiritual or religious presence, power or faculties
but simply as Life itself. Life or common to all plain ordinary consciousness
is the Oneness or Omni-presence being pointed to as the Infinite Self.
There never was any
spiritual or holy Self or God.
Life, plain boring ordinary is the Reality.

You are the knowing that

Life, existence, consciousness are synonymous with being.
That is IT. Nothing new or spiritual whatsoever. Being or existence is the
Reality.
Beware of so called spiritual Gurus and religious Teachers, because they are all liars and scammers.
Any spiritual or
religious concepts of Enlightenment or Realization are only for idiots.
It is all B.S. Some people never bother to question their acquired beliefs.

Nobody is born spiritual
or religious. It is all acquired crap.
Forget everything you believe you know and voila! You are there.
Spirituality and
religions are all illusion. That is the Secret to Freedom.
The simple Truth has absolutely nothing to do whatsoever with any of that

What you Seek is what you

Consciousness is indeed always with us.
Everybody knows 'I' am. No one can deny his own being.
What you Seek is what you
already are naturally.
Thou art that. Life is the Sought-after Truth and Precious.
God is just another name
for consciousness or Life. That is all. Life is God.
To be alive is to abide as consciousness, as the Self, as the Oneness or God.
Any Gods or spiritual God
or religious God never existed. It is an illusory fantasy only found
in story books.
The Reality is here and now undeniably present as existence itself. That is the
real experience.
To be, to exist is at once 'I' am and God or consciousness, the Oneness or Life.
Be still and know that
'I' am is God. 'I' exist is the Reality.
Consciousness present is 'I' am. No one can deny being.
Like a precious 'Diamond'
hidden within your own pocket all along.
Life is the absolute Reality present within your own dwelling.
That alone is the
Infinite Self, He, the Reality. What else did you expected it to be? That is IT.
So plain, so boring and so ordinary. That is the Beauty.
Nothing new, spiritual or holy.
All spiritual and
religious people pretending to have reached, attained or acquired
either something new, spiritual, religious or special are only full crap.
Selling fantasy and illusion to the dumb and the veiled for a fee.
All that non-sense is not the Reality.
Being or existence or
alive-ness or Living-ness or 'I' am-ness is the Reality.
That is all there is to understand about one's true nature. Life is what we all
are.
To be alive is to always
abide as one's true nature. Consciousness present is Life.
So near and so dear. No one is ever apart from one's own being. The Self is
one's own self.
Question, investigate,
find out what is real. Illusion or Reality, choose wisely.
One always appear extra-ordinary and paradoxically the other
as the most plain, common and ordinary.
To understand that Life
itself is the Infinite Self is the end of the Search.
That is what consciousness simply is. Here and now you are
that.
Ordinary existence is the Infinite Self, the Oneness.
Existence is that
presence of consciousness self-shining naturally as Life itself which is always
undeniably present within all sentient beings. Life or consciousness is the
Infinite Self.
There is nothing new,
spiritual or special to be reached, atttained or acquired.
The Reality is present here and now. Being alive and aware of being is at once
'I' am and God.
You are the Oneness. Life is everyone's true nature. That is what God is.
It is that 'I' am you know.
Is it true? Are you the
Self, are you God, are you consciousness?
Get to know yourself and you will find out. Know Thyself.
What is more obvious and
more common to anyone alive than the Self?
Can anyone say 'I' am not or 'I' do not exist?
To be, to exist is to
abide as the Self.
Life or existence is the Self.
No one is ever apart from
their own existence.
'I' am is always with you. Awareness of being is the Self.
Knowing the Self (consciousness) is being the Self, and being
means existence,
one’s own existence. No one denies one’s own existence.
To be alive and aware of
being oneself naturally is to be the Self.
There is nothing new, nothing different or special to be freshly acquired.
Just to know that 'I' am
is that Living-ness or consciousness is all that is required.
Know that thyself is the Self already. Thou art that. Self is just another name
for you.
If you know and say 'I' am all day long, you are undeniably aware of being and thus abiding as the Self.
Be content with what you are sure of. And the only thing you can be sure of is 'I' am.
No one can say 'I' do not
exist. One's own existence is always certain.
The Self is the most obvious. The only sure fact is that you are.
'I' exist here and now is this pure awareness of being.
If you know and can say
'I' am, you are that.
Me, myself and 'I' is the Real-'I'-ty.
One's own self is the
Self.
That is all.
If you are alive and
aware of being. You exist.
If you know that you are not dead but that you exist here and now.
That is it. The Self is the knowing that you are alive and kicking right now. So
obvious.
Who am 'I'? After all, the only fact you
are
sure of is that you are. 'I' am is certain.
'I' exist is the absolute
Reality.
Self-awareness or awareness of being oneself is 'I' exist or 'I' am.
Present awareness or
awareness of being present as oneself is the absolute Reality.
The only sure and absolute certainty you have is the fact of your own being.
Being is 'I' exist or 'I' am.
To be or not to be. To
exist or not to exist. 'I' am or 'I' am not. Who is not aware of
being?
Everyone alive knows that they are. 'I' exist or 'I' am is certain and needs no
proof.
To be is the Self.
That is all.
What effort do you have to make to be?
If you are alive and awake from sleep you are 'Enlightened'.
Awareness of being.
Consciousness or the Self
present is the knowing that you are present.
The Self is awareness of being or 'I' am. There is nothing new or spiritual
about being.
The Self is the natural
state of being common to all that we call Life or consciousness. That is all it is.
In other words the Self is simply Life itself. Being alive and aware is to
always abide as one's true nature.
Everyone alive and awake
knows that they are and says 'I' am and yet they do not know the Self. How funny.
To know the Self is very easy. Understand that being conscious naturally
everyday is this consciousness
and you have done all that need it to be done. Freedom is only removing the
camouflage of ignorance.
The Self is not reached
or attained. It is what you are already.
If you are alive and aware of being, you are the Self. That simple. It is that
'I' am you know.
You do not have to pray,
to worship or meditate to know the Self. No teaching, practice or
effort.
If you are not un-conscious right now but undeniably alive and aware you are
abiding as the Self.
Nothing new or far away.
The Self is the presence of Life itself. That is what the Self is.
Sentience, cognizance, awareness are that undeniable presence of consciousness.
There is no bondage and
there is no liberation.
Being alive and aware of being oneself is being the Self. That is all.
We are 'imagining' we are
bound and are making various, strenuous attempts to become free.
We will be surprised that we were frantically trying to attain something,
which we have always been and are.

How much time does it
take to know that you are alive and kicking?
Awareness of being. 'I' am here is obvious, no one can deny one's own being.
The Self (consciousness) you seek to know is truly yourself.
Your supposed ignorance causes you needless grief
like that of the ten foolish men who grieved
at the loss of the tenth man,
who was never lost.
The Self you Seek is
yourself.
Not some holy, special or spiritual Self.
Any concepts of a spiritual or religious Self is fiction.
Only self-appointed
spiritual Gurus and Teachers
will cultivate the illusory notion of a spiritual Self for gratification or a
fee.
Selling water by the
River if you like. There is no such thing as a spiritual Self. There never was.
Just like a blue man with a flute or Santa Claus and the tooth Fairy. It is all
and only illusory.
It is all fiction. Not the Reality. Being alive here and now is the Reality.
That is IT.
The Self you Seek to know
is yourself,
just as you are right here and now. Nothing new or special.
Being alive and aware of being is at once being oneself and the Self.
Consciousness (the Self)

Life is the only Reality that is self-shining naturally within your own

Look at your own self.
Look at your own being. That is the Self. Full stop.
Here and now you are that naturally. Call it being meaning existence or simply
Life.
You wander restlessly from forest to forest
while the Reality is within your own dwelling.
Life is the Oneness. That
alone is what the Self, consciousness or God is,
He is Life itself. That is the True Beloved and only Reality.
The Sought-after Truth is
what you already are naturally.
Therefore you cannot find it by Seeking it.
You can only know it
present as what you are.
Are you alive? Yes! You are the knowing that you are.
Reality is at once being and consciousness.
Life is just another name
for you.
Being what you are naturally is being the Self.
Life or existence is this presence of consciousness AKA the Self.
So simple is the simple
Truth,
that it is laughable. You are what you Seek always.
There is no goal to be reached. There is nothing to be
attained.
You are the Self (consciousness). You exist always.
There never was some holy
Self or any kind of spiritual goals to be reached or attained.
Ignorant people only foolishly believe that there is. But there isn't.
Kill the 'Buddha' you see
on the Road, it is only for show and a fraud.
There never was any spiritual state of consciousness.
Being alive is this consciousness itself.
To be or not to be.
'I' exist here and now
is at once 'I' am and the imperishable Self.
One's own ordinary existence is the Reality.
Being alive and aware of
being is the experience itself.
That is all there is to realize. That is what is called Self-Realization.
Not gaining, attaining or achieving anything new, spiritual or special
whatsoever.
Realisation is not the acquisition of anything new nor is it a new
faculty.
It is only removal of all camouflage.
Is God Love?
Nope! Love is bondage.
What is God then?
Consciousness.
What is consciousness or God? Life itself.
God is existence. Life is
God.
Being alive is to be God. That is all.
If you are alive and
aware of being you are God. Full stop. Everybody is that.
'I' am or 'I' exist here and now is therefore abiding as God meaning
'I' am Life or consciousness living itself naturally.
That is the Open Secret.
Know thyself to be Life

simple Truth.
Simple alive-ness or
being-ness is one's true nature. That is all there is to realize.
Thou art that. The nature of Life is what we all are naturally.
Life is what is happening
presently.
This very moment is the only real moment of existence.
That is what is always
present here and now. Life of course is the Reality.
Understanding is all. Only the camouflage of ignorance is
to be removed with understanding.
What you Seek is what you
are right now. Not a spiritual or religious state.
Being alive naturally and being aware is the experience itself. That is IT.
That is what Reality is simply being pointed to. Just this.
Being alive is always
abiding as that.
Why should anyone Seek God in any spiritual
or special ways when Life is the Oneness present in all?
To know the Oneness is very easy.
The Living presence or
Life or consciousness expressing itself naturally as your own self here and now
is the exact same presence of existence or Life self-shining naturally with
everyone else. One Life.
No difference whatsoever.
Omni-presence. No other presence exists.
All there is present with everyone alive is this consciousness itself.
Remove this consciousness from the body and you have a corps.
To know this, is to know
the Oneness present in all and the simple Truth about oneself.
He is Life itself. Present within your own dwelling. Being
alive naturally is to abide as the Reality.
Call off the Search.
What are you looking for?
Know thyself to be Life
itself and voila.
You already naturally are what you Seek literally.
That is all there is to
understand or Realize about one's true nature.
Understanding this simple Truth is called Self-Realization.
Understanding that
consciousness present is alive-ness common to all
and always experienced directly by everyone alive as pure awareness of being is
all.
Existence is pure being.
Love got nothing to do with it. Consciousness is stateless. It
always remains the same.
The stateless state of pure existence and unchanging awareness is one's true
nature and God.
The Self, He, the Reality
or God is the natural activity of being alive and aware.
That is the nature of Life AKA consciousness self-shining as one's own being.
Not knowing this simple
Truth about one's true nature is the only trouble.
Remove the veil of ignorance with clear cut understanding and voila!
Who is bound? No one! You are God or the Infinite Self already.
Keeping quiet is for the
ignorant.
Understanding is for the wise.
The ones who do not
understand that consciousness AKA the Infinite Self
is simply the natural state of being conscious, awake or aware are bound to
ignorance only.
Freedom is not the
acquisition of anything new whatsoever, nothing new, spiritual or special.
Only the ignorant wants to see the Self AKA consciousness as something new,
spiritual or special.
If you don't understand
this consciousness itself, then you are in bondage
when you will understand what this (consciousness) is, then that is liberation.
Paradoxically you will realize that you are already liberated.

There is no bondage.

Spirituality and all
religions are illusion. All are false and fictitious.
Plain common sense is the only tool necessary to understand.
Understanding this
consciousness is very easy.
Who ever said Freedom was anything else?
Understanding alone is Realizing.
What else would
Realization be? That is it. Same, same.
Freedom is understanding only. That is all. Realizing means understanding.
Understanding this
presence of consciousness itself to be oneself is so simple. It is 'I' am.
In other words, know that 'I' am is that. 'I' am represents at once this
consciousness and yourself.
Any dualistic concepts of
ego or finite self or independent entity or individuality etc, are all false.
Know thyself and you know the Infinite Self. Who am 'I'? Realize that the 'I' is
that consciousness itself.
To the ignorant the 'I' is the self limited to the body.
To the wise, the 'I' is the Infinite Self (consciousness).
If there is a will to
know oneself, there is a way. Take it for granted.
Understanding consciousness is all that is required.
It is the only way to know the Infinite Self.
After all, there is no
becoming, there is no attaining or reaching anything new or different whatsoever.
What someone is Seeking as the Infinite Self, He, the Reality is already there.
It is not to be achieved or acquired.
Realisation is nothing to be gained afresh, it is already there.
All that is necessary is to get rid of the thought I have not realised.
Just like a cloud
covering up the ever-present self-shining Sun. Remove the obstruction or camouflage.
Ignorance is the obstruction. Only the removal of ignorance is Freedom from all
bondage.
How to get rid of the veil of ignorance? Understanding of course! Wisdom is Freedom.
Any effort, any ritual or
practice of any kind is always going to be bondage.
There is no achieving or acquiring anything. There never was.
Remove ignorance with
understanding
and you have done all that needed to be done.
Only remove ignorance.
That is all there is to be done.
