paradoxically been liars and con artists. So beware who you turn to, for they will surely try to screw you.

Ask any spiritual or religious person to show you God and they cannot. Why? Simple!
God does not exist. It is only a figment or delusion born of superstition and ignorance.

Reality is present here and now.

Reality or consciousness is nothing spiritual or religious but the complete opposite.
Natural and ordinary is the Reality. It is nothing other than Life or existence shining naturally.

Why look toward illusion and delusion when the Reality is already undeniably present as one's own being?

Psychologically screwed up people will turn to spirituality and religions and they become even more screwed up.
Unhappy people need to simply turn to any shrink to cry and complain about their problems and voila!

Actually most spiritual Self-Help Gurus are in reality shrinks disguised as spiritual beings.
People will come to them, only to cry over their problems in their endless pursue of happiness.

Paradoxically miserable trying to be happy. Happiness is bondage.
It works in reverse. When you stop seeking happiness you are free.

Psychological suffering is only due to cultural programming and conditioning.
Psychology is in fact what is truly being sold camouflaged as spirituality. Nothing else.

In fact there is no end of suffering to be found inside spirituality or inside any religions.
If you are desperately seeking 'the end of suffering' then you should go see a shrink.

That will not end your problems of course, simply because as long as
one is alive, one must experience ups and downs and occasional suffering.
Until one comes to the realization that suffering is ok, one will seek a way out.

Reality has absolutely nothing to do with any of that psychological crap.
Would told you that it did? Reality is nothing religious or spiritual either.

Being alive is to abide as the Reality.
God is illusion. Reality is Life itself.

You gain nothing new or different to get to know your true nature. Why should you?
If you are alive you are the Self. Life is the Self or consciousness. That is the Reality.

There is nothing special or spiritual to wait for. Nothing to reach, attain or become.
If you are seeking spiritual liberation or religious Freedom you will never find it.

Why! Simply because there is no spiritual or religious bondage.
Who ever told you that you are bound lied to you.

Spiritual and religious people are crooks.

You can take that statement to the bank. Guaranteed
If you have not realized that by now, you need to 'wake up'.

Only a false notion of spiritual or religious bondage is paradoxically
the only illusion or delusion of spiritual or religious bondage to be removed. Just this.

It is all fabricated! Spirituality and all religions are the poison not the cure camouflaging the simple Truth.
Paradoxically all spiritual and religious knowledge is false acquired knowledge and the only trouble.

There is no spiritual enlightenment, spiritual liberation, religious salvation, mukti etc, etc, etc.
How can there ever be spiritual liberation or Freedom when in fact there is no bondage?

Psychological only. One only imagines that there is.
Spiritual bondage and liberation are in fact false imagination.

After all, who told you that you are bound? Look for your chains. What binds you? Nothing binds you!
Like a dumb Camel attached to an imaginary rope. Only believing in spiritual and religious crap
is the only poison, cage, prison or illusory chains. Bondage and liberation are imaginary.

WAKE UP!

Why believe and cultivate a false notion of bondage to be true?
There is no spiritual bondage and there is no spiritual liberation either.
Spirituality and religions are only preaching and teaching wrong knowledge.

Spiritual bondage and the false notion of spiritual liberation are only false spiritual beliefs
that ignorant or veiled simple superstitious and religious fearing people have swallowed with a smile on
their face and blindly accepted to be true to become religious and spiritual beggars. Just this and nothing else.

All spiritual and religious people are in reality crooks, crazies and liars that sell and perpetuate illusion. That is all.
Reality or true consciousness is neither spiritual or religious but simply the most natural and the most ordinary.

Just like looking at any objects in front of you.

You look at the objects and can easily describe them but you always overlook the presence of space between the
objects and you. Once you notice that space is also present between you and any objects you whish to look at,
you easily and effortlessly recognize it present and also realize that it is and always has been there.
Space is everywhere. Where ever you go space is always there. Omni-present.

Space is always there but always overlooked because it is so subtle and unchanging,
it is very familiar, plain, common and so ordinary to anyone. It is nothing special, it just is.

Most people do not notice space at all.

Just like with this analogy of the commonness and ordinariness
of the unchanging sutble space that is always present in front of you.

Consciousness or Life undeniably present is also that simple and also very familiar and subtle.

The natural activity of being alive is plain, common and ordinary to anyone alive and therefore it is always
overlooked because it is always primary and self shining everyday as wakefulness or unchanging awareness.

Understand that the Self or pure awareness, unchanging awareness, present awareness etc, etc,
and plain ordinary everyday wakefulness are the exact same presence of awareness and one's true nature.
Look at your self. You are aware of being present only because awareness is present and shining as wakefulness.

The Sought-after Truth is not a spiritual or religious state, special experience or religious event but what we are.
Consciousness is what we all are naturally. Life is that undeniable presence of pure existence and intelligence itself.

Life is the Oneness.

There is no Nirvana, no Enlightenment, no spiritual Self-Realization, no Heaven or Hell etc. All are B.S.
There are no spiritual or religious goals. All that crap is for idiots, followers, believers and worshippers.

To look for true consciousness or the Reality inside 
spirituality or any religion is to look for it in the wrong direction.
The Reality is the complete opposite of spirituality and religions. A paradox.

The natural state of being. Being alive is being IT. What can be easier than that?
That is the funny paradox. You are that. One can only laugh at the joke of it all.

No need for any dumb or stupid spiritual or religious goals
to be reached or attained to know the Reality. Just be! Voila!

Without any effort you have arrived at the destination you have paradoxically never left. Not knowing that
being alive and awake from sleep everyday is to always abide as one's true nature is to only problem.
Ignorance is the only culprit. Reality is nothing to be freshly acquired, because it is what we are.

One cannot deny being alive, being present and aware, or negate one's own self.
The Self is nothing new. Are you alive? Are you aware of being? See, it is that easy!
That is all there is to realize about the Reality. You are that already. Gee, you are you.

I and consciousness or present awareness are One and the same presence of existence or being-ness.
No imaginary ego to kill or illusory mind to go beyond. Being oneself is being the One Self or true consciousness.

That is IT! Being alive and aware of being. True consciousness or the Reality is nothing more. Thou art that.
If you are alive right now and undeniably aware of being, you are shining as pure consciousness itself.

Only stupid people or religious idiots will claim that there is no one present or that they do not exist
but that is only spiritual crap used to confuse and camouflage the simple Truth about oneself.

These are the people that have something to sell, teach or preach, crooks and liars that only
pretend to be spiritually enlightened, spiritual, religious or holy for self-gratification or a fee.

Like a foolish fish always in the water crying that he is thirsty. Nothing is lost or ever missing.
Consciousness aka the Infinite Self or the Reality is always undeniably present right here and now.
Where else would it be shining? Life is what is naturally present and self-shining as one's own being.

Life, consciousness or existence is nothing new to anybody. Nothing special, spiritual, religious or holy but
paradoxically plain, common to all and ordinary. Spirituality and religions are crap. Reality is Life itself.

Therefore when you look for it, you are always foolishly looking away from it.
You are IT this very moment. When have you lost you? You are always here.

Consciousness is the nature of Life itself and therefore we are Life.
You are consciousness. As with water and ice. Our true nature is the same.

Nothing spiritual or fancy. Sought after Truth is simply being alive and awake from sleep.
Voila! So near and so dear. Call off the Search. You are already abiding as the Reality.

What you Seek is what you are.

Have a look at your true nature aka consciousness.
Are you alive right now? Are you aware of being or existing?
You know that you are? Aware of being present or present awareness?

That is IT! That is the Infinite Self, the Atman, the Lord God or the Reality etc. He is Life itself.
To be alive and awake from sleep aka conscious or aware is abiding as one's true nature.
Natural state of being alive and being aware shining as pure awareness of being.

If you believe you are a special being, a spiritual being or an alien or spirit from another planet or dimension
you are dumb fool. Look at yourself in the mirror, you are an Ape. Life or consciousness is naturally
expressing itself as the living organism you call your body and you are that presence of Life.

You are Life. Simple as that. Existence is your true nature. There are no spiritual goals to be reached.
Nothing religious or mystical to be attained. Alive-ness or being-ness is abiding as true consciousness.

In other words if you are conscious or awake from sleep, you are
aware of being present and self-shining pure or unchanging awareness itself.
Life or consciousness is everyone's true nature. Life is the Oneness. Life is the Infinite Self.

Of course there are no spiritual books to be written or cults, sects or religions to be created or invented
when you share this simple Truth. You lost nothing and gain nothing. Life is the Self that was never lost.

Consciousness is the Reality shining within your own dwelling.
To be alive and conscious is to always abide as that true consciousness itself.

That is the simple Truth and Secret spiritual and religious people do not want others to know.
How can can someone sell water by the river to blind fools unless they can convince them that they 
are buying something special or spiritual when in fact all they are acquiring is illusion and misinformation?

Who ever told you that the so called Divine, the Infinite Self or God is anything
other than simply being alive and awake from sleep or consciousness lied to you.

That is all what so called Self-Realization is all about.
Abiding as one's true nature is consciousness
shining as Life itself.

When consciousness is present Life is present. When Life is present consciousness is present.
Like water and ice, both are the same presence of existence.

What you are Seeking is nothing new or extra-ordinary.
Spirituality and religions camouflage it to be because the real Truth
cannot be sold, given, transmitted or acquired. It is what we are naturally.

There is nothing to practice or cultivate for the Reality to be.
Being alive and awake or conscious is present as awareness of being.

One's own existence is itself the Sought-after Truth and the only Reality.
Present here and now. We call this presence of consciousness Life.
Are you alive? Are you aware of being? I exist is certain?

That is IT. You are Life living itself.
You are egoless consciousness.

There are no spiritual or religious goals to be reached. There never was.

Man made concepts only. Spirituality is nothing other than the art of cultivating ignorance and illusion.

Spiritual goals like reaching Nirvana, Enlightenment, end of suffering or ascending to heaven etc,
are in fact simply crap that is given to veiled people to foolishly chase after spiritual carrots
to become blind Sheepos and followers of someone else's Cult, Sect and delusion.

The experience is always here and now. Life is what is happening.
Breathing, knowing, seeing, hearing, smelling, feeling, thinking, etc.

Being alive and aware is itself being the Self, consciousness, He or the Reality.
Abiding as the Infinite Self or the absolute Reality is simply being oneself naturally.

Life is the Oneness and being alive is abiding as that.
Here and now you are the Oneness aka Life.

Here and now you are that. Life is Now only.
That is the experience called Reality.

That is all there is to realize.

Spirituality and Religions.
The art of cultivating ignorance.

Bondage and spiritual liberation are illusion.
Spiritual is also called delusional. The more spiritual,
religious and holy, the dumber that person will in fact be.

There is no bondage and there is no liberation, who ever told you that you are bound
lied to you and you are a stupid dumb ass if you faithfully and blindly believe them.

There is no wisdom to be found inside religions and spirituality.
Only ignorance and illusion camouflaged as truth. A paradox.

For example, the religious dualistic illusory concept of 'ego' is only given to retards.
Duuhh... is just another name for acquired spiritual wisdom and religious knowledge.

If you ever meet someone that claims their life is controlled by their 'ego', laugh!
Ego is not. Everyone is being lived, controlled and governed by consciousness only.

If someone has been battling the ego, they only imagine that there is.

Some idiots have adopted an illusory concept of separation and bondage
they call an 'ego' and then they will foolishly strive their entire life to remove it.
Isn't it religious and spiritual acquired ignorance aka spiritual knowledge so stupid?

Oh well too bad for them! What to do. It is just the way Life is.
Yet there are always a few that have see the false as false
and through the illusion of separation and duality.

Acquired spiritual and all religious knowledge is paradoxically
cultivating illusion and acquiring a false notion of separation and bondage.

It is like catching a disease.

There is no other place to find total crap and fall for a trap.
If you are wise you stop believing and start inquiring.

Stop foolishly accepting the false to be true.
There is no 'ego' to be found outside spiritual books.

Spirituality and all religions encourage veiled, naive and psychologically disturbed people
to foolishly accept or believe the false to be true and illusion or delusions to be Reality.

Who hasn't come across some delusional schizophrenic person that claims to have
experienced the Self, received the key of the Universe, went through the void,
experienced religious and spiritual apparitions, hearing God's voices etc.

None of these so called religious or spiritual experiences or
delusions have anything to do with the Reality. All are illusion only.
Spirituality and religion is only for people that want to cultivate illusion.

If you believe you have a mind to go beyond, an ego to kill, a soul to save or
inner child to love and nurture you are just delusional schizophrenia that also
is suffering from multiple personality disorder with delusions believed to be real.

Like adopting an imaginary child. Spirituality is just a delusional human psychological
invention for unhappy and depressed people to escape their everyday problems and Reality.
Unhappy people will feel better about themselves or self-esteem to believe that they are special.

If you have been told that you are a spiritual being and that there is a Supreme Being
loving you, watching over you, protecting you and what ever else you want to hear. 

You have read too many spiritual books and sucked up to too many spiritual Teachers
and holy Gurus preaching you, selling you and feeding you religious concepts of
salvation, concepts of mukti, enlightenment or Freedom as your birth right.

Big business of soul saving, enlightenment and spiritual Freedom, that crap sells.

If you desire is to become a dumb ass veiled idiot that 'imagines' himself to be bound,
simply adopt a religion, a spiritual Guru or self-help Teacher and you have succeeded.

Sought-after Truth is not found by seeking spiritual or religious knowledge and practices
but by simply removing ignorance about the natural presence of existence we call Life.

Life or existence is the natural presence of consciousness which is not stillness
but the natural activity and natural power of Life shining through the body.
Life is intelligence and energy. Consciousness present is the presence of Life.

We are that. That is the meaning and purpose of Life.

We are Life.

The Self is Life itself. To be conscious is consciousness.
That is all what the Infinite Self and absolute Reality simply is.

There is no higher or lower consciousness. All there is present is consciousness.
It is the same and always remains the same. One unchanging presence of existence.

What about reaching or achieving a higher consciousness like spiritual people talk about?
That is only reserved for spiritual and religious idiots. No one else. Fantasy believed to be Reality.

There is no higher consciousness. There is only consciousness.
Being conscious is to abide as that. Abiding as the Reality.

Are you conscious? Are you aware? That is IT.
Awareness of being is consciousness.

Forget everything spiritual.
You are present as that.

It is being or I am.

Natural. Consciousness present is the natural
cognitive state in which one is aware of oneself.
Present awareness or awareness of being present.

That simple!

No time or effort is required to be aware of being.
I am alive or I exist here and now needs no proof.
Can anyone negate one's own self? Negate being?

That is what consciousness is to you,
the undeniable knowing that you are.

It is that I am you know so well
as your own everyday ordinary self.
Being aware is pure awareness of being.

To be conscious or consciousness present is simply
the natural state of being aware common to everybody.

Nothing new, special, spiritual or holy, just simple
changeless awareness of being present or wakefulness.

Consciousness is present as awareness or sentience.
What you are right now. Aren't you aware?

To know the Reality is so easy.
Because you are already that.

Nirvana anyone?

The end of suffering is only for religious and spiritual idiots.
There is no such thing as the end of suffering.
Just a false religious promise.

A spiritual carrot.

Religions, spiritual Gurus and self-help Teachers have been selling
false promises to find true happiness to miserable and unhappy people.
That is all the illusory concept of spiritual enlightened is truly about, a hoax.

Therefore the fact that there is no ego self or spiritual self to be found anywhere,
realize that what you Seek, you in fact already are naturally and call off the Search.

You are that! Abiding as the true Self or true consciousness is simply being oneself.
Neither an ego self or a spiritual Self ever existed. It is all just a bunch of religious B.S.

What are you looking for? Spirituality and all religious concepts of freedom, enlightenment
and the end of suffering or finding true happiness are purely fictional and only illusion.

Why should anyone foolishly believe what spiritual and holy books tell you to be true?

Happiness is simply being content with the gift of Life. To stop bitching.
Being alive is the 'joie de vivre'! Being alive is abiding as that Beauty.
One's own existence here and now is the Precious and the Reality.

Seeking true love, peace and happiness is ignorance and bondage.
Fantasy only to be found inside fictional books and romance movies.
Are you sick and tired yet of endlessly chasing after illusion or fiction?

Back to Reality. What is Real? Life is what is truly happening!
One's own undeniable existence here and now is the Reality.
No one can deny one's own existence and negate being.

The experience is here and now. One cannot deny one’s own self.

as being special or mystical spiritual beings. Saints, Sages, Gurus, Buddhas and Jnanis.
Some pretending to be Gods among men or sons of God and talking or speaking for a holy God.

Humans are so stupid, they will blindly worship anything. Most Ancient religions are simply rooted
from blindly worshipping the Sun, the Stars, the Moon and stones, rock formations, mountains
and of course the holiest of all, the rocks that fell from the sky or meteorites.

These are the Gods of creation in most of today's religions.

People still worship the Sun, worship the stars, stones, mountains and meteorites
It is all crap of course for the ignorant fool to worship as being special, spiritual or holy.

If you are a spiritual or religious being, well now you know
where your concept of God and Heaven truly came from.
Spirituality is born of imagination and ignorance.

Anything anyone can ever come up with
that is spiritual or religious is a hoax.

For example, ignorant people foolishly believe
in the dualistic concept of an ego and that of a spiritual self.
Both are illusory or non-existent. Bull-shit is what spirituality represent.

All acquired concepts like stillness, silence, ego, karma, mind, spiritual self etc,
are just for idiots or ignorant fools only to believe into. No one else.
Not for the wise. The wise knows it is all B.S.

Reality is always here and now.

The natural activity of being alive is itself
abiding as one's true nature. Reality is that common and that ordinary.
Who ever told you it is spiritual or religious in nature lied to you, only to sell you a book.

Reality is the most boring and common activity of being alive and aware of being. It is I exist or I am.
Life present is self-shining naturally as the natural state of being aware of being
or simply the effotless activity of being conscious aka consciousness.

Awareness of being is being conscious. Present awareness.
What else? I am is knowing that you are alive or aware of being.

The concept of I AM from religions is pure crap.
True consciousness is I exist here and now or I am here.
Awareness of being alive presently is this presence of consciousness.

Present awareness. The natural state of being.

Are you alive right now? Are you aware of being present?
You undeniably know that you are present or alive and not dead? Voila!
Now you know the simple Truth camouflaged by spiritual and religious idiots.

There is no spiritual Self.
Why believe the false to be true?
Only consciousness exist as existence itself.

Consciousness present is being present or existing.
Consciousness present is nothing new to anybody or new under the Sun.
Consciousness is the natural presence of Life the wise have been pointing to for millenia.

What else would anyone expect the Reality to be?
A hidden spiritual Self waiting to emerge and reveal itself?

Call off the Search. There is no spiritual Self or any spiritual holy presence to be discovered.
That spiritual and religious garbage is only for naive foolish people to swallow with a smile.

After all, who told you that you were spiritually bound? Bondage and liberation do not exist.
Kill spirituality and religions and you are Free. Bondage and liberation is just an idea or
psychological. Just a false notion strongly believed to be true by the veiled or ignorant.

The notion of bondage and liberation is only a product of religious conditioning.
All spiritual concepts found today are drawn or taken from religious doctrines.

There is no ego present, who told you there was lied to you.
No void or mind to go beyond, no stillness or silence to cultivate.
No striving to be present but to realize that being is always presently.

For example, any religious and spiritual concept of enlightenment do not exist. All false.
Spiritual liberation is a false religious belief accepted by the ignorant and naive person to be true.
That also means that all the enlightened people you have ever came across only pretended to be, to fool you.

Being alive naturally. The natural state of existence.

To abide as the Reality, just be. Being alive is being the Self.
Existing is abiding as that. There is nothing mystical about Life.

Abiding as the Infinite Self aka true consciousness is to be alive. That is all.
Look at yourself right now. Are you conscious right now or are you unconscious?

See! Consciousness is indeed present here and now. You undeniably know that you are conscious.
Knowing that you are conscious presently is indeed always abiding as true consciousness itself. That simple.

To simply be conscious is consciousness. To be aware is awareness. Awareness of being.
Life is Now only. That is the only absolute Reality that is not spiritual in anyway
but simply undeniably present naturally right here and right now.

If you are alive and aware of being alive right here and now. There you go sport.
The Secret of existence is revealed as simply being the natural state of being.
Existence is always presently. There is no time to exist like the present.

Realize that to abide as the true Self is to simply be alive.

That is the absolute Reality been pointed to as true consciousness.
Reality has nothing to do with being something new, spiritual or religious.

It never did.

Alive-ness is conscious-ness. Being-ness is I am-ness.
Being aware of being present or present awareness is I am.

If you are not dead, then you are indeed alive.
That is the experience itself. Nothing else.

It is pure awareness of being.
It is that I am you know so well.

What are you?

Are you really your religious conditioning?
People will adopt a different religion all time.
It is just changing or replacing one with another.

Who are we really? We are Life.
Nothing spiritual or special. Natural.

Human beings are just primates that foolishly
believe themselves to be special beings. Human are idiots.

They foolishly believe and blindly worship the false or illusion to be true.
Any God of worship is just man made and false imagination. There is no God.

Reality is simply Life itself.

That is IT. Plain and simple. Being alive is being the Self or Life itself.
Nothing special or enticing for anyone to suck up to. Ordinary everyday existence.

Consciousness is the natural presence of existence we all like to be naturally. It is present as one's own being.
From cockroaches to humans. Life, consciousness or sentience is the exact same presence of intelligence.

Many delusional humans aka primates that wear suits or lipstick
even believe they are spiritual beings that need to become Free or liberated.
It is all a bunch of B.S. of course. What else would spirituality truly be? Reality!

So if you foolishly believe you are special and above a cockroach, you do not know yourself.
Consciousness is the exact same Living-ness or One-ness present as both the cockroach and you.

Same, same. No difference. Life or pure consciousness is the Oneness naturally present in all Living things.

After all, only to human beings that human life is regarded as being special and is revered as holy.
To Life itself is does not matter at all. All the same. To a lion, a bear or tiger, humans are lunch.

If you foolishly believe that any human beings are any way special, spiritual or
above any other living things on planet Earth, get your head out of your ass.

Human beings are just another primate species that originated in Africa.
What else would they be? Gods and Goddesses. Special spiritual beings
that are higher and better than any other primates or sentient beings.

Only natural evolution bring humans to appear apart from other primates.
Over human evolution, the homo-sapiens specie developed a larger brain and cultivated an intellect.
Many other animals also demonstrate natural intelligence and the capacity to make tools and solve problems.

Now, does creating for the purpose of war and the power of conquest over other human beings sometimes
only because their made up false religious beliefs differ from their own, powerful weapons that can
even destroy the very unique and diverse blue Planet we call Earth and all living things on it,
what makes man different from other sentient beings or animals, so special or so smart?

Self-destruction is man's addiction. From drugs to booze,
they are the most unhappy species on Earth.
Never content with what they got.

That is why as another escape from Reality.
some unhappy people invented God and spirituality.

Many drug abusers and alcoholics even become spiritual Teachers and Gurus.
These are the people leading others into fantasy. They are in the pursue of being happy.

Is your spiritual Guru or Religious Priest a recovering alcoholic or feel good drug user or Junky?
Know the Truth. Spirituality is just fantasy for unhappy people called spiritual Seekers to escape Reality.

Greed is the unhappiness and psychological disease of all humanity. So there always is going to be
someone holy or spiritual waiting at the corner to sell unhappy people the Cure and others to promote it.

Not content with what they already got. People always want more. More on.
Why are human beings so unhappy? They always want or desire what they don't have.

So to make themselves feel better, they invented a God to pray to and give them what they want.
They pray, pray and pray, asking their ficticious God for something better to come their way.

Religions and spirituality are just like Zoloft or Prozac, spirituality is just another
way for unhappy people to feel better about themselves and camouflage their misery.

As the saying goes, misery likes company.

Even though spiritual Gurus and Teachers tell Sheepos that materialism is baaaaaaaaaad!
Spirituality and religions are a psychological veil or camouflage and just another name for Greed.
Why do you imagine that all religious and spiritual organizations are so wealthy? Money is their God.

Bottom line, spirituality and religions only cater to psychologically unhappy or depressed people.
These are the prime candidates that will fall into the Trap and become a faithful customer.
Love for a God that does not even exist becomes their attraction and addiction.

Love for illusion is bondage.

If you foolishly believe you are a spiritual being having
a human experience on Earth, you are a blind fool or an idiot.

Humans are living organisms that are the expression and creation of Life.
Consciousness or Life is living and expressing itself naturally as all living things.

Humans are no better or higher than any other sentient beings. Like water and ice.
Consciousness present is the natural presence of existence we call Life and see as nature.

One natural presence of living intelligence and cognizance present that is 
functioning and governing all things naturally. Consciousness is the One.

To turn toward any religion is to cutivate illusion.
Life is what is undeniably happening here and now.
No one can deny one's own existence and say I am not.

There is no such thing as spiritual bondage and spiritual liberation. Both are false or illusion.
Spiritual and religious people have bound themselves to false imagination or illusion
and foolishly turn toward illusion for Freedom, what a funny paradox.

God does not exist. Religions are all based on superstitions.
Anyone that believes in God is a stupid person, a fool or an idiot.
Can you show me God? God is just a spiritual carrot to entice imbeciles.

Every religious and spiritual concept about God ever talked or wrote about are false.
Spiritual and religious people are just blind worshippers that believe illusion to be Reality.

Only consciousness is Real.

What is consciousness? Being conscious.
What is the natural activity of being conscious or consciousness?
Seeing is being conscious. Hearing is being conscious. Thinking is being conscious.
Feeling is being conscious. Smelling is being conscious. Being oneself naturally is being conscious.

Where else can true consciousness or the Reality be found undeniably present as one's true nature, but shining
naturally within one's own body as Life itself and during the waking state as pure awareness of being?

That is all the Self, He, the Reality or one's true nature simply is.

What is spiritual or mystical about consciousness? Nothing. It is the natural presence of existence we like to be.

Consciousness present is the natural state of being alive, sentient or aware common to all. It is nothing new.
Common to all sentient beings. The natural state of being alive common to everyone is one's true nature.

To be alive and conscious is the undeniable proof that
consciousness is undeniably present right here and now as one's own being.
Consciousness is self-shining naturally as pure awareness of being or self-awareness.

Consciousness is the Reality and we call this undeniable presence of existence Life.

Did you know that to be awake from sleep, aka,
conscious, cognizant, sentient or aware is to abide as one's
true nature aka the Infinite Self, He, the Reality or the Oneness?

Prove it to yourself, it is so easy.

All that needs to be done to know one's true nature
is to notice who and what is present as awareness.

For example, pause thoughts and notice what remains present and self-shining
without thoughts present. Awareness is present as being aware of being present.

Present awareness is being and remaining aware. Awareness is the activity of being conscious.
Thinking is being conscious. Who or what is present to be aware that thoughts are present?

Consciousness of course. That is what the Self or one's true nature is. We are that. Know what you are to be
consciousness itself. During the sleep state, dream state and waking state consciousness is undeniably present.

Who is I or who am I? Who is present to know that you had a good or bad dream.
I was present because I experienced the dream. I is the Self or consciousness.

Who is present to be aware of thought? I am present.
I is also the presence of self-awareness and cognizance.

Who is present when they are no thoughts present?

I also am present as that which is aware or knowing that no thoughts are present.
Being conscious, awake or aware is the natural activity of cognizance, sentience or knowing.

Remove all the camouflage acquired from self-appointed Gurus,
from spiritual Teachers, from spiritual books, from religions and others.

And realize that simply being oneself naturally is always abiding as the true Self.
There is no before and after, there is B.S. like now I am abide as that.
Only crooks want the ignorant to believe that crap.

You are right now and have always been abiding as pure consciousness your whole life.
Not knowing what the words Self, He, Reality etc are simply pointing to is the only trouble.

Remove ignorance. That is all that is required to know oneself.
Who and what are you? Consciousness is what we are.

How could anyone deny this simple fact?

One's true nature is nothing new, different, spiritual or religious,
that false notion is only a false belief that is only cultivated by naive and superstitious

Look at yourself here and now, could you be aware of being present

What is special, spiritual or in anyway extra-ordinary

Absolutely nothing! It is natural. The natural state.
Consciousness is the presence of Life and self-awareness.

After awhile if you are still looking for the Self that was never lost,
it is only because you have been looking in the wrong direction.

If you look to spirituality and religions for the answer, you will never find it.
Now, if you look at yourself and the undeniable fact of being aware presently,
you have discovered the Secret of the Self that was never lost to be what you are.

Are you aware? See! You are aware
because you know that you are.

Who is not self-aware?

Present awareness or awareness present. Everyone knows that they are present.
One's own existence is self-shining naturally and being alive and aware is the natural state.

Awareness present is you are present. You and awareness are One and the same presence of existence.

Self-awareness is the Self. Here and now you are that.
Being aware is at once being yourself and being the Self.

Present awareness is knowing that you are are present.

Nothing new, special, spiritual or different. Realize that 
being awake from sleep, conscious or aware
is to always abide as one's true nature.

Spirituality has absolutely nothing to do with Reality.
Paradoxically spirituality is the poison, not the cure.

All spiritual people only are selling water by the river to others
because of their strong love and insatiable desire for money.

Paradoxically spirituality and religions
do not point to Reality but to illusion.

See the false as false.

Veiled and ignorant of the simple Truth.
The spiritual or religious person is a naive person.

To believe in God as a spiritual or religious person, place or thing is for the delusional.
If you have adopted a priest, a Guru or a spiritual Teacher, you are sucking up to an imposter.

There are no special, spiritual or religious entity. A so called buddha is only a monkey pretending to be.

Isn't it so naive to believe in an old man sitting in the clouds or a blue man playing a flute or some dude
that walked on water or another parting the sea? Just believing in fantasy like Santa Claus or the Tooth fairy.

It is all pure fiction and not reality. Illusion foolishly and naively worshipped as being real.

Any ideologies or cultivated religious beliefs that true consciousness can in anyway be spiritual or
religious in nature is a joke and can only be blindly accepted to be true by veiled and ignorant people.

For example if anyone ever come across someone pretending to be special, spiritual or holy,
these people are only pretending to be for self-gratification or for a fee. Just this and nothing else.

Spirituality and religions are man made.
They have no ground with Reality. All are illusion.

See the false as false. Know the Truth about spirituality and all religions. Wake up!

Who else asks others for monetary donations for speaking for a God that does not exist but
self-appointed spiritual and religious people? It is their business of trapping desperate Seekers.
They will only love and claim that God loves them for their money, that you can take it for granted.

Spiritual people are only ordinary people that have disguised themselves as special or spiritual beings.
They are all after money, power and control. Many will ask for 'surrender' or 'unquestionable faith' or
blind trust from their spiritual followers and to worship them as God and accept their spiritual Teachings.

Spiritual and religious people only want to control others.
Who wants to be controlled by fear of an imaginary God?

That is all B.S. and the only bondage.

True wisdom is to realize that to be alive is to abide as one's true nature.
Consciousness or the Infinite Self is Life itself. Being alive is being it naturally.

There is no separation or duality. Being alive is abiding as pure consciousness itself.

That is what the Self simply is, one's own existence is that.

Life is ego-less pure consciousness. It is the One and only presence.
One power and natural intelligence present as Life itself. Nature is that.

Can you or any other human being pretending to be holy control Life or nature?
Of course not! You are being lived by Life itself. Consciousness is the only real 'doer'.

There are no individual ego or independent 'doer'. Life controls and governs you naturally.
Consciousness is the only true Power present as yourself. Life or consciousness is the Oneness.

Human beings are just like any other living organism on Planet Earth.
Why would anyone desire to be special, separate or different  from Life itself?
Life is the Oneness. The true presence and Power the ignorant call God. Life is that.

Human beings like to worship other human beings. Makes them feel more special and spiritual.
Some pretend to channel a spiritual or holy presence or Grace of a God made at their own image.
Anyone that follows, that believes and will worship another human being or a spiritual Ape is a fool.

Believing an Ape to be God and to have special or spiritual power is only for veiled and naive idiots.
There are no special Homo-Sapiens or human beings. Life is the same presence shining for everybody.

Why look toward illusion for the Reality?

What else other than the presence of Life itself, would anyone expect true consciousness to really be?
Life is the Oneness present. Consciousness is not limited to humans or homo-sapiens but to all living things.

Humans are like any other animals, they must eat animals or other living things to survive.
They naturally do what all other animals do, they eat, shit, sleep and reproduce.

They are simply more greedy and self-destructive in nature.
Greed is human beings religion and money is their God.

Life is a free gift of consciousness.
All bodies are Life's temple. What else?

Spirituality and religions are only man creation.

All are just psychological inventions and are purely illusion.
Only used to control or tame others with fears and superstitions. 

Every time someone gives money to a spiritual or religious person or organization,
they are only supporting a greedy human being pretending to be spiritual or holy. Nothing else.
Consciousness is nothing new, spiritual or holy to be bought or acquired. It is the activity of being alive.

Humans beings have invented and have created countless religious concepts, stories and idols to worship.
Many are just sheep, they are followers of others that they call their leaders, preachers, gurus and teachers.

When someone delusional pretends to speak from a higher power, others will listen to them and follow.
They will call these people their Shepherd and they will be the blind and foolish naive Sheep that follows.

Realize that organized religions and spirituality are truly fiction. All that they cultivate is false.

After all, the only acquired concept of spiritual bondage and liberation sprung out of religious doctrines.
In reality, there is no spiritual bondage and no spiritual liberation. Being alive is being the absolute Reality.

Freedom from all bondage is paradoxically freedom from spirituality and all acquired religions. All are illusion.
The desire to become spiritual or religious, to become Enlightened or a special spiritual being is the only bondage.

Self-appointed Gurus and spiritual Teachers are just posers or ordinary people that want others who are
influenceable and unhappy with life as it is, to believe they are special beings or spiritual entities.

Acquiring money and gratification is the substratum of all religions and all spiritual beings.
There is nobody that is more self-centered than a spiritual Guru or religious leader.
They are people that very much like and enjoy the smell of their own farts.

Like being hypnotised by an illusory trick believed to be real.
People become slaves to religions and spiritual people.

Spirituality is the only bondage.

Everyone alive is always the Self and Free.
Religions and spirituality are cultivating wrong knowledge.
There is no bondage and simply being alive is being the Self. That is all.

When one hears stupid spiritual Gurus or Enlightened people that are claiming that there is a God
and that spiritual Seekers keep quiet, cultivate silence, no one present or point to emptiness etc,
that is all just to appear as a special monkey or Ape to others to be worshipped and followed.

Someone wanting attention and money from the blind spiritual Seeker and naive people.
All that spiritual and religious people tell others about the Reality is false. They made it all up.

Spiritual and religious people are only selling water by the River to veil or ignorant and naive people.
They will only camouflage the ordinary water with a veil of spirituality and religion to make it enticing
and appear special, spiritual and holy. Spirituality and religions are only cultivated by snake oil merchants.

Why blindly and foolishly accept the false to be true? What is real! Question, investigate, inquire and see.
Paradoxically Reality is ordinary and the complete opposite of spirituality or the extra-ordinary.

What is Life present or consciousness present? Are you alive? Are you aware? If so, that is what it is.
What you Seek to know is what you already are and have always been your whole life naturally.

Being alive and aware of being is nothing new to anybody, that is the natural state of existence.

Life is impersonal, you dwell for awhile and your body dies. Nobody cares. Birth and death
That is the nature of Life itself. That is all what Life does. It continuously creates and destroys.

No special treatment or exception for you. Your body has no future.

Know yourself to be the presence of consciousness or Life itself.
Just like a light bulb cannot shine without electricity present,
consciousness or Life present is the power within the body.

There is nowhere to go and nothing to become. No life after death. No nirvana, no heaven or no hell.
There is no happy place to go to be at peace after your body dies and go reunite with the dead.

All the beautiful promises given by spiritual and religious people are fiction and false.
Massaged by crap. They only tell people what they want to hear for money.

Reality is always here and now. This is IT. Life is Now only.

Paradoxically Life itself does not know death.
Consciousness is the imperishable self.

Spirituality and religions have many rules, many laws, many practices and concepts to offer.
To know the simple Truth and the Reality requires no rules, no time, no effort, no practice.

Spirituality and all religions only preach, teach and cultivate the false, fiction or illusion.
They always point away from the Reality and simple Truth of one's own being.

Humans beings foolishly believe they have an imaginary soul
and have been created in the image of an imaginary God.

It is all just a cultivated lie that is only found inside spiritual and religious books and
only perpetuated by false religious preachers, spiritual Gurus and Teachers.
It is not true. Spirituality and all religions are bogus. Nothing else.

Life naturally present is the only true Power and true Reality.
Abiding as that. Being alive is the real experience itself.

Life is the Reality. One's own existence is abiding
as the Reality itself. Life itself is the Oneness.

If you want to call this presence of consciousness or Life, 'God', be my guest,
as long as you realize that it is not a spiritual presence but a natural presence.
Consciousness is the only presence of intelligence governing the whole Universe.

It is the same presence of existence governing your body and self-shining as sentience.
Awareness present is the natural presence and activity of Life or being alive and conscious.

Awareness of being.

Being alive and aware. The natural state.
Awareness of being alive is the presence of Life itself.

What is so special or spiritual about that living-ness? Nothing whatsoever.
Why being naive and foolishly cultivate illusion or wrong spiritual and religious
knowledge or concepts, when the obvious Reality is the simple fact of one's own being?

The experience is here and now. Alive-ness or being-ness.
One cannot negate one's own existence and say I do not exist.
One's own existence needs no proof. Being alive is the natural state.

Being alive is Life living and expressing itself naturally.
We all are the natural expression of Life. That is IT.
Consciousness is another name for Life itself.

Being aware of being alive is consciousness present.
Awareness of being present or present awareness is I exist.

One's own undeniable existence here and now or presently
is this presence of consciousness itself self-shining naturally.

The Reality is natural and ordinary. That is the Open Secret.
Consciousness is the common presence of existence we call Life.

Being alive and conscious or aware of being
is naturally abiding as the Reality.

It is pure being.

Self-inquiry.

Who and what are you? Who am I?
Know yourself. Question, inquire, investigate.

Get to know your real nature to be pure consciousness.

Just like following directions on a map to get to a destination,
clear, simple and direct pointers to true consciousness are necessary.

Understanding is necessary to have a clue to what is being pointed to.
Realization itself is not an intellectual understanding but a self-recognition.

Self-Realization is not an intellectual understanding.
It is an intrinsic realization of one's true nature.
Self-revealed from within and nowhere else.

Just like someone can read and hear countless stories of how 'sweet' sugar is for
the rest of their lives, unless they have a taste for themselves, they will never know.

Words are just pointers. The finger pointing at the moon is not the moon,
the signs pointing on the road to the destination are not the destination.

Again it is not an intellectual but an actual Realization.
No book, teacher or Guru can tell you the Truth, you must
see it for yourself. You must know your true nature first hand.

If not, you do not know, but simply 'believe' you know.
Does not matter what anyone believes, it is not knowing.

An intrinsic knowing and clear understanding of one's true.
It is not acquired from others but only revealed from within.
Pointers can only point to have look at your own self or being.

Intellectual people read and write books at an intellectual level.
The ones acquiring knowledge are paradoxically the most ignorant.
An intellectual understanding is not knowing. Just mental masturbation.

Intellectuals will always want to be paid for their words.
Words are their bread and butter. Intellectuals are veiled.

How do you discern between false intellectual knowledge and true Wisdom?
Simple! In non-duality, the concept of a mind and an ego do not exist.
Yet to the intellectual Guru, that is all they want to talk about.

If it sounds intellectual, it is simply because it is purely intellectual crap.
Writing books is their business. Many are in fact just camouflaged 'book publishers'
  that have no clue to what the Reality is truly all about, just selling words they have picked up
from others along the way to only create intellectual teachings to sell purely for collecting money.

True or honest pointers never want anything for themselves.
They have simply realized that like with everything else in life, when
money is involved it only spoils the simple Truth. It is called spiritual greed.

Anyone seeking monetary compensation for sharing the Truth is paradoxically
not sharing the real Truth but is in fact selling a product only disguised as Truth.
Intellectuals will always manipulate and convince the weak to buy their products.

That is obviously, nothing new under the Sun. For millennia merchants
of misleading and disguised Truth have been Seeking money from others.

No one can sell you and you cannot buy what is already yours.
Knowing the simple Truth about oneself only comes as a gift.

Nowadays, Freedom for Free
has become few or rare commodity.

Drink if you are thirsty, because here the well is always Free.
Again, knowing one's true nature is a truly a gift, not a purchase.

After all, did any true Wisdom ever come about from people selling it
or simply a gift from the ones sharing it selflessly for Free?

No Guru, no Teacher, no Teaching and no method.
Only pointing to Life and pure awareness
as being one's true nature.

What is the Self? Consciousness.
What is consciousness? Being conscious.

Being alive and aware is to abide as that presence of existence.
Same self, same I, same being-ness, same I am-ness or awareness of being.

Nothing changes or is freshly acquired to get to know one's true nature.
Only the camouflage of ignorance is removed with self-investigation or inquiry.

One's own existence is to abide as true consciousness itself. Everyone alive is aware of being.
One's own undeniable existence is the experience itself. Consciousness present is pure changeless being.

Who are you?

Realize that you are
the One without two. Formless, egoless.
You are true consciousness, pure existence or Life itself.

The nature of Life or existence is your and everyone else's true nature.
To be alive and aware of being oneself is the experience itself of abiding as the Self.

You are consciousness. Here and now you are that. When consciousness is present you are present.
Realize that you are the One without two or egoless and you are the presence of pure existence itself.

Turn away from spirituality and simply have look at your natural self.
Aren't you naturally alive and effortlessly aware of being right now?

That is IT. Being alive is the experience.
There are no spiritual or any religious goals to be reached.
All there is to be done is to realize that being alive and aware is to abide as that.

Consciousness present is the natural state of being.
Nothing new, spiritual or holy, but simply plain and ordinary.

The ignorant foolishly believes consciousness is spiritual.
The wise knows the Truth, that consciousness is natural.

While one is called fantasy, the other is called the Reality.

Present awareness

Did you know that to be conscious, awake from sleep, cognizant or aware
is to abide as one's true nature naturally? The natural state of being aware.

Knowing that you are present.

Have a look at yourself. At that me, myself and I.
That is what present awareness simply is.
Awareness present is being yourself.

There has never been a spiritual Self to be discovered.
What the ignorant call God is Life itself. Consciousness present
is that undeniable presence of existence we call Life and awareness.

Who are you really? Know who am I?
Know thyself. Get to know your real identity.
Are you anything other than pure awareness itself?

You are what you Seek already. How can you kiss yourself.
You are awareness Seeking awareness. Know that you are that.

Do you know yourself?

Get to know what you really are. It is very easy.
What are you? What is your true nature?

Awareness.

I am awareness and awareness is I am.
Pause thoughts or be still and awareness remains.
Be still and realize that 'you' remain present as awareness.

You are that presence of awareness itself.
That which does not come or go anywhere, is the real you.
Being aware is the natural activity of unchanging awareness itself.

What always remains present without thoughts? You are present.
Me, myself and I truly represent or translate awareness present.

So easy to know one's thoughtless true nature, that is the only difficulty.
Simplicity. Pause thoughts. Voila! You are there. Present and aware.

It is their business of selling spirituality. They will do whatever they can to stay in business.

Subtly advertising themselves as Saviors or Secret Cure for all Heart Aches Gurus.
Offering the key to Peace, ever lasting Love, to happiness and the end of suffering.

They are truly prophets of profits. No money, no honey.
Their concept of Freedom comes with a price tag attached to it.
These people will fool you. They want people to have blind faith in them.

Realize that no spiritual Guru or Teacher will ever tell Seekers the simple Truth.
All have refine the art of enticing and manipulating psychologically suffering people.
Many use confusion to keep Seekers on a Seeking path, so they become more desperate.

It is all and only for money that these people pretend to be special, spiritual and holy.
They need Seekers to be confused, desperate and psychologically disturbed to survive.

Lost, confused and psychologically suffering people is their bread and butter.
These are the people that easily fall into the spiritual and religious trap.
Gurus will happily screw Seekers with a smile on their face.

In reality you do not need any spiritual or religious person,

that the mind or the ego or super ego is doing this and doing that,

Short-cut anyone? If you want a speedy way to recognize your thoughtless Reality,
simply pause thoughts for a few moments and realize that you remain present as yourself.

That is IT. Awareness present is you. Nothing new. Here and now you are present as awareness.

That is the trick to self-realization. Pause thoughts and you remain present as your thoughtless or true self.
Nothing more is required to know one's true nature. Be still and you remain present as pure awareness of being.

Who ever said that it was hard or difficult to know one's thoughtless true nature?

The cycle of Life. Life is a natural rhythm and always cyclic in nature. Birth and death are inevitable.
First consciousness creates a body, form or pattern to express itself and we call that growth and birth.

When the body grows old and dies, consciousness which is at once the power and knower is gone and
the body is an empty corps empty of Life. It then decomposes and decays back into the natural elements.

Just like a light bulb cannot shine without electricity, the body cannot shine without consciousness present.

Life is this presence of consciousness. We are consciousness. We are Life.
Consciousness is not limited to humans or Homo-sapiens but to all existence.

So if you like the smell of your own farts and foolishly believe
that you are someone special and God loves you, you are a fool.

Look at yourself in the mirror, you are just an animal, Ape or a monkey in suit.
Life or consciousness expresses itself equally through all living organisms. Nobody is better.

All are into the business of publishing and asking others to publish books. That is the business of spirituality.
Of course it is not because someone publish one or many books that they are telling the Truth about the Reality.

For millennia people like this have plagued the Earth to enrich themselves by exploiting other people's ignorance.

They will play you like a Flute and give you all kind of reasons why you should happily open up your wallet.
After all, they believe that they are God among men and will make you believe that you are taking care of God.

Of course it all all B.S.

The only reason someone pretends to have reach spiritual liberation or
spiritual enlightenment is only for gratification or for a fee. Prophets of profit.

Question, investigate and see for yourself if it isn't true. That is how one removes ignorance.

Realize that in reality a spiritual Teacher or Guru does not have anything precious,
spiritual or special to offer but an empty pocket full of air. Illusion is all they have to offer.
That is the funny paradox! What do you truly believe these people or monkeys in a suit to be?

A Guru is exactly the same as a used cars salesman.
They are the greatest illusion. Just this and nothing else.
If you want to drink from their pool of crap, that is your choice.

I and awareness are One.

Therefore Oneness is pure awareness of being.

What is the simple meaning of that statement?

Being aware is the cognitive state in which anyone is aware of oneself. I is present or I am.

Understand that simply being awake, being conscious, being sentient or cognizant

Understanding is the key to Self-realization.

If you do not understand what this awareness or being sentient is all about,
you are going to be looking for it, for a very long time and overlook the obvious.

Why? Because you are awareness itself right here and now,
'being aware' is the experience you know so well as being you.

Therefore whenever you look for it, you are only looking away from it.

Awareness is simple, natural and ordinary to anyone. It is not spiritual or special.

These are the people that confuse and blind Seekers with wrong knowledge
for greed and self-gratification, you can take that to the bank also.

Just like the pointer pointing at the moon is not the moon.
There is no spiritual presence or anything to be acquired from others.

Just like no one couldn't possibly give me anything new, spiritual or special,
but only pointed to me, what someone else also freely pointed out to them,  
that simply being conscious, being awake or being aware is awareness.

I only point to that same presence of awareness we all know
so well already and experience directly, as pure being.

Undeniably present with all sentient beings.
Awareness present, is being aware of being present.

Awareness is simply the natural expression of existence itself.
Camouflaged by spiritual and religious conditioning, is it only veiled.

The waking state itself is abiding as one's unchanging true nature.
Awareness is always present first and foremost, primary is sentience.

drive a car, fly a plane or watch a movie or read a book, if one is unconscious?

Awareness is nothing apart, nothing new or different to be gained a fresh,
because nothing new or different was ever lost to begin with. Awareness present

Being aware is described as I am. Knowing that you are present.

Only when someone is awake from sleep and therefore aware
that they are conscious of being present and can claim, I am.

Knowing. Everyone knows and everyone says I am.
Being aware is simply abiding as one's own self.

Just like the changing tides in the Sea.
Sentience is the natural rhythm of Life itself.

The unconscious state and then conscious state, to be asleep and then to be awake.
Just like night and day. If you are asleep, you are not awake or not aware. 
When you aware, you are undeniably conscious, awake and not a sleep.

Being awake or aware. That is the only presence of awareness 
that is being pointed to as one's true nature. Nothing else.

What awareness have you been hypnotized to Search for?
There is only one presence of existence and awareness.

Not two. Being aware is that one. The One without two.

Perhaps you read too many books and sat with false Gurus.
Promising false promises to hide their real goals and agenda.

Realizing that 'being aware' is this presence of awareness itself,
is any spiritual Guru's Kryptonite. Because now, you know the Truth.
You know that being aware is not a spiritual state, but the natural state.

Do not be fooled!

Awareness present here and now is not and never will be spiritual.
Being aware is how everyone's true nature is expressing itself naturally.

Awareness is the natural and effortless activity of at once being alive and aware.

Spiritual and religious leaders have only created fictitious ideologies,
that are only pointing away from the Reality. Because it is simple and Free.

Realize that intellectual confusion is the false Guru favorite tool and his best friend.
Beware of self-appointed Gurus and spiritual people, they are not what they pretend to be.

There has never been a spiritual Self to be discovered, realization is just knowing oneself to be Life itself.

anything to be able to entice new faithful customers.

Spirituality is just like any other religious business,
donate money is always the goal behind it. That is all.

One's true nature is natural.
That is the Reality. It is Life itself.

Anything spiritual or religious is not that. It never was.
Spiritual people only make up teachings to sell, that is all.
Awareness is not an experience, because it is the experience.

Realize that no transient experience will ever be the Reality.
The choice is yours, to choose wisely what you are looking for.

If someone Seeks transient experiences or phenomena, that is what they will get.
If one Seeks to know one's true nature, then one will know the Truth about oneself.

Get a clue to what is simply being pointed to as the Reality.
It is the natural living-ness which is present now
and always been present with you, as you.

Awareness is another name for you.
You and awareness are one.

Have a look at your real nature. Are you aware?
If you go; "alright I am aware right now, so what?"

Well, that is it. Being aware is abiding as one's true nature.
No blazing light, no bells and whistles, just pure awareness or being.

Now you know what you are, awareness itself. Then the search is over.
Realization has never been a spiritual experience or acquiring something new.

Understand that plain, ordinary, everyday awareness is present,
that is one's true nature. Being aware is being oneself. Awareness is you.

The opposite of being unconscious is to be aware or sentient or cognizant.
Being aware is the experience itself. You are abiding as that awareness, now.

Remove the spiritual and religious conditioning and realize that awareness is natural.

Life present is the natural presence of existence we all like to be, being is the Reality.

I exist here and now is always certain, one's own undeniable existence needs no proof.
Being present or present awareness can never be denied, it is the absolute Reality.

Can anyone ever deny their own existence and thus negate being?

What some call God, or Infinite Self is Life expressing itself naturally.

Oneness is to realize that oneself is the One Self.

One's true nature is to be alive and aware of being.
Awareness is the expression of the presence of Life itself.

In other words we are Life living itself naturally,
it is nothing special, nothing spiritual or holy.

No special rewards are waiting at the end.
Just a good laugh at oneself for being a fool.

One must be aware first and foremost  
to know that they are present as oneself.

Self-awareness is the presence of awareness.

It is the natural state of being aware.
That is what awareness is.

Being aware.

Just this.

How simpler can it be? No need to get on a spiritual journey to nowhere.
The answer is always present right here. Look at yourself. Aren't you aware?

That is it. So simple isn't it! Aware-ness is the natural activity of being awake and knowing.

Everyone alive always experience the presence of awareness directly as wakefulness.
To be awake from sleep, is to be aware. There is no difference whatsoever.

Unless it is someone who is trying to sell you water by the River.
Who said one's true nature was anything else anyway?

Being aware is the experience itself.

One's true nature is in fact pure consciousness.
It naturally shines as self-awareness during the waking state.

Consciousness present is described as me, my self and I. As one's own being.
Awareness of being or knowing that one's own self is present is I exist or I am.
One's own affectionate self is this consciousness itself. That is everyone's true nature.

If you are conscious, that is this presence of consciousness itself.
If you are aware, that is being present as awareness.

Realize that awareness is only one aspect, of the expression of the Reality.
Existence or being alive is the Reality itself expressed as that self-awareness.
When you are asleep and are not aware, you do not cease to exist. Life is present.

What is awareness, but the natural expression of the
presence of Life within the body. That is what it simply is.

Common to all. Awareness is nothing new to anybody.
Being aware, is knowing that you are present.

One's own existence is therefore known.
To know or be aware of being alive.

All points to the simple fact
that we are Life itself. That is it.

No God or spiritual mambo jambo,
just Life, pure, plain, simple and natural.
That is the common presence that connects us all.

The Oneness.

No one exists apart from consciousness.
Consciousness is therefore present as everyone.

We are that. It is everyone's true nature expressing itself naturally.

Now, if you are Seeking a blazing light, to walk on water or raise the dead, etc,
you have read too many books and hypnotized yourself to believe in fantasy.

Spirituality is the complete opposite of the Reality. It is only the Art of make believe.
Why should anyone foolishly believes there are special beings out there, with spiritual
faculties that have reached or attained something special that one does not have already?

Reality is simply existence itself. Nothing else.
It is not to be experienced but recognized
as being the experience.

How can people that do not know who
and understand clearly what they truly are .

That do not see for themselves that there is no duality.
That there is no 'mind' to grasp, do or think anything present.

That there is no 'ego' or independent finite self or 'doer' present as oneself,
still go around the world teaching nonduality and write books on nonduality and
pretend to speak Truth, when in fact they are only perpetuating a false notion of duality.

Ponder this, simply because to know the simple Truth about oneself is not to acquire anything new,
but only to remove the veil or camouflage of wrong knowledge acquired from others, accepted to be true.

One must take a look and investigate what is real and what is false, only then that the Reality is self-revealed.

To know one's true nature is not achieved through an intellectual understanding, but a natural understanding.
If it is confusing and hard to understand, that is because these people speak from confusion itself and not clarity.

As the saying goes and rightly so, the ones who cannot do, teach.

Is it only true because the Guru says and the books says this and says that?
Look at what is coming your way intelligently and discriminate before you swallow.
If not, you will become just like any other Sheepo, waiting for tomorrow to know yourself.

If you are one of these people that are always in need to go ask someone else outside themselves
if what I say is true or false and do not investigate and see it for yourself as you, then
realize that no one can help you. The true answer is only revealed from within.

As long as someone goes outside themselves for true consciousness which
is the Reality present within your own dwelling, one will never know it.

To be wise is to have a look for yourself and see if what I say is true.
Not foolishly accept or 'believe' anything I say. Why should you?

Investigate and see if it is correct, that is the point of
self-inquiry and self-discovery. It is only for you to see.

See it for yourself. Self-realization. That is what it means.

The only bondage, is wrong acquired knowledge.

Believing the false to be true is the only obstacle to realization.

I say there is no mind, there is no ego, no finite self
but only Oneness present as oneself.

Know yourself with self inquiry.
And see if what I say is true.

The only reason why someone would perpetuate ignorance or wrong dualistic knowledge,
is either because they themselves do not know themselves or because there is a profit
waiting to be made from cultivating illusion and selling ignorance as Truth.

All people desires is always for one thing, money. Including Gurus.
If you do spend enough time around Gurus, isn't it self-evident?

Selling no-thing as something to acquired through a book, a CD or DVD.
Using confusion and wrong knowledge to camouflage their true intentions.

Promoting through others, various  websites, magazines, videos and radios
reasons why someone should come and see them. To have the experience.

That is nothing new, this world has been plagued by their kind for millennia.
Now, are you one of these people out there, that are more interested in
making a name for themselves and asking money by selling Truth?

Should any money ever be paid in exchange of Free-dom?
As the saying goes, the apple does not fall far from the Tree.

Why jump into the band wagon of the blind leading the blind?
Are you Seeking to become a Guru or a Teacher entrepreneur?

What are you looking for? Are you looking to acquired
words for your next book or create a teaching for sale?

Realize that if you are only looking to become a Guru or a Teacher, you
do not need to be here at all, because greed will not help you know yourself.

Does a Tree asks you for money, to enjoy his shade?

Nowadays Gurus love their followers for their money.
If I can share this message for free, why can't others?

After all, how can anyone Sell and others Buy no-thing?
Why would you want to buy, what is already yours?

Are you enticed to believe it is something yummy?
Indeed a blind fool is easily parted from his money.

The stateless state or pure changeless being.
True consciousness is stateless as no-thing.

To feel it or experience it as a state, is not it.
To seek new experiences and states is foolish.

Yet, you can easily know who and what you are
but cannot experience yourself in Omni-presence.

Realization is not the acquisition of anything new. It cannot be.
If it can be freshly acquired, realize that it will also be lost.

Have look at yourself and get to know who you are.
That is all there is to be done, know yourself
to indeed be the true Self. Nothing lost.

Now that I have cleared this up,
if you truly want nothing other than to know who and
what you truly are. If you are genuinely earnest in that goal, enjoy!

All that can ever be acquired from all of this, is simply a good laugh at yourself.

Am I right or wrong? I stand alone, see for yourself if what I share is true, then you 
will realize that all along, the mistake was simply accepting the false to be true. That is all.

After all, are you wrong or are the pointers you have acquired from Gurus
and have cultivating to be true for so long, paradoxically the problem itself?

Wouldn't that be funny, that you have only been holding on and looking at the wrong address?
Could that simply explain why you have been Seeking for the Self that was never lost all this time?

You have to have a look and see, no one else can see it for you. You alone.
After all, does describing sweet ever be the same as actually tasting sugar?

You cannot freshly experience it, but you can surely know what you are.
That is a guarantee. How else would I ever be able to talk about myself to you?

If I did not know who and what I am, what help can I ever be to others? A blind leading a blind?

Find out if I am full of shit or if I am truly pointing to your true nature which is the same for me also.
It should not take very long to see with clarity and simple direct pointers, who and what you really are.

Then you can also see for yourself the simplicity and ordinariness of that presence
of consciousness that is called the Reality, which is just another name for you.

You do not get anything new, only the camouflage of ignorance dissolves.

Have a look and see, investigate what is real and what is false.
Recognizing through self-investigation or self-inquiry
that there is no mind or ego present as oneself is 
self-realization, it is defined as nonduality.

The One without two is you. You are that Oneness itself.

To be oneself is always abiding as one's true nature,
not knowing it, is the only trouble. Nothing else.

Get rid of ignorance with understanding.

To recognize your true nature and see that there is no mind present, just be still.
Pause thoughts and awareness itself remains self-revealed as the thought-less you.
You are not a thought but the real Self that is present and aware of them, pure awareness.

Who am I? I and awareness are One. No difference whatsoever.
No mind, no ego, awareness alone is ever present as you.

Here and now you are that awareness itself.
To be awake or aware is to abide as that.

Awareness is nothing new, it is you.

After all, if you know that you are present,
it is only because awareness itself is present.
You are awareness. How can you kiss yourself?

Being aware is itself the experience.
Just this. That is all there is to realize.

Awareness is the natural expression of sentience that is common to all Living beings.

The Self or consciousness shines as natural awareness, it is the waking state or conscious state.

Do not be fooled now, awareness is not love, peace or happiness, but stateless in nature.
If you believe it is something wonderful, you have been chasing spiritual carrots for too long.

If you have been brainwashed for many years as a spiritual Seeker of Truth to believe that
the Infinite Self is something spiritual or extra-ordinary, you are in for a rude awakening.

Because it is not that at all!

Awareness present is being what you are and have always been naturally your whole life.
Nothing changes simply because nothing new or different is freshly acquired. Just recognized.

Perhaps you do not know that being awake from sleep or aware is itself, to abide as your true nature.
After all, what else would anyone expect pure awareness to be, but wakefulness or sentience, nothing else.

Awareness is simply the natural expression and activity of Life itself. It is the natural state of being.

The simple Truth and bottom line is that we all simply are the presence of Life expressing itself naturally
as all sentient beings and living organisms. That is all what our true nature, the Self or consciousness truly is.
It is nothing extra-ordinary as the illusion the ignorant make it appear to be inside spiritual and religious books.

Realize that spirituality and all religions are in fact nothing more than pure fiction and illusion.
The Reality is the presence of existence self-shining within your own body as Life itself. You are Life.

Now if you foolishly believe that you are or anyone else is a special being,
you are only entertaining ignorance and cultivating fantasy. Nothing else.

Why Seek existence as something new or different to be freshly acquired
when it is already indeniably present here and now as one's own self and being?

To be. I exist here and now is described as the thought and word I am.
Awareness of being present as oneself is everyone's undeniable Reality.

Self-awareness. Existence shines naturally as pure awareness of being.
If you know that you are alive and not dead. You are aware of being.

You do not have to cultivate that knowing that you exist or awareness of being.
You are undeniably present and self-shining, why? I exist is certain and needs no proof.

Awareness of being oneself can only be described and expressed as me, myself and I.
The trick is to realize that me, myself and I do not represent a mind or ego  
or an independent entity, but consciousness expressing itself naturally.

That is the only confusion that most people experience with themselves, they do not
know themselves and therefore do not know what is real and what is false.

The meaning of non-duality or Oneness, is the simple realization that no two selves
or anything other than true consciousness itself, is ever present as oneself.

One's own existence which is the presence of consciousness
cannot be objectified, but also cannot be denied.

Can anyone alive ever deny being present as oneself and foolishly claim I do not exist?
The Sought-after Truth is one's own existence self shining as pure awareness of being.

Pause thoughts and they disappear but you remain present and aware.

You are only aware of being present here and now because you are aware.
Being aware is abiding as one's own self. Awareness is another name for you.

Therefore the Self you Seek to know, is your own self. Never lost or apart.
Get to know yourself. Remove ignorance only by finding out who am I.

The answer is found present here and now when you stop Seeking.
I and awareness are One. There are no difference whatsoever.

The Seeker is also the Sought. That is Self-Realization.
You are already, what you Seek to know.

Not knowing it, is the only trouble.

No mind is present to try to grasp itself.
Awareness is the only presence of existence.

Once you realize that what you believe is mind or ego
is truly awareness, voila! You know the Truth and Oneness.

If your wish is to entertain illusion and duality that is your choice of course.
There is no bondage or separation other than cultivating illusion or the false.
